Wall are the perfect white.
We all love Toll Brothers and they high end finishes and custom designs…But let’s be real 1.3 mill in Atlanta…I need a mansion not 3500sqft…This is not even close worth 1.3
The basement probably put it over 4500. If you opt for the pricey flooring and finishes, $250 / sq foot seems about right with today's inflation on all the products. it'sstill on the high end but it's a deal for people moving from other parts of the country or Canada. They move here and drive the prices up. Same thing happened in Colorado when everyone from CA moved out there. You couldn't even get a decent 3 br home for under 700 in a good school district. This was 10 years ago too. I see the same thing happening now in the south.
Facts. This is a 550-750,000 I would say. If I'm rich I will still buy it because I like the neighborhood and I know neighbors like this protect there community. Besides this more than enough space for a family. Some will buy because of the community they don't care about the price.

IMO, Toll Brothers have floor plan design down to a science and never seem to disappoint.

@@NotKaito a couple of golf clubs near me used them to build the houses in their communities and those houses have had many issues with leaks, settling poorly and the materials being bad.

Nice house. No sink or mini fridge in the basement bar area? Maybe I missed that.
Seems like a lot of Toll’s plans have the Master Suite upstairs. Not a fan of that. They’re about to start a new subdivision not too far from me north of San Antonio so I’ve been looking at their plans.
It's all Toll Bros until the price is revealed
The homes are pricey but nice. However, Toll Brothers forgets the times we're in! No gated communities means criminals have open opportunities to target the residents of these properties! Memphis and Atlanta are high crime cities and rank number for break-ins and burglaries!!

Toll Brother homes are going down hill. Starting to look cookie cutter like the others. It’s best to custom build.
