Yes. Royal Caribbean has Starlink on all their ships. That being said, the speed varies based on where the cruise goes. For example, the transatlantic cruise we went on last May wasn't the best however it was fast enough to do normal stuff. It fell short when I was uploading huge video files. As for the Alaska cruise, I'd say it was average for Royal Caribbean ships. Also, just in case you don't know, the wifi isn't free. As for cell service, only when in ports. I hope all that helps.
@@3rdOrbitTravelers Good to know, thank you. My wife and I have booked Radiance out of San Juan next year for a Southern Caribbean Itinerary, was planning on doing a little bit of work while on the trip, mostly emails, looking forward to the trip.
Always split up my clothes in 2 bags and always carry on a change of clothes. I'm one that will walk the Halls and look for my Bag, will even carry it down to my Cabin when they are bringing them up. Usually when dont get it right away I'd find it misplaced at other end of Ship on same Deck
The first time we went on a cruise to Alaska it was gorgeous every day. I think we just got a little unlucky and had bad weather most of the time. The last two days, which are coming up soon in videos, were much nicer. The last day at Hubbard glacier was gorgeous. Cruising Alaska is amazing but you do have to assume that you’re going to be facing all four seasons in probably a five hour period. :-)
I never go see the song and dance shows… boring. The exception is when I was on NCL and they did a cirque style song and dance and it was a great show.
Thank you. Great information. We are watching then on TV. We just started episode 3 😊.
Thank you. One of the best videos from the Alaska cruise will be out Friday. It’s in Skagway.
@@3rdOrbitTravelers yes, we are looking forward to it. We booked the excursion where you take the bus to the top and ride the train back. Thank you
Thank you for the video, very informative. Did you have Wi-Fi connection by any chance? If you did, can you confirm the speeds? Thanks

@@rolandlacayo Download speed is fast enough for almost anything, it's the upload speed that is sometimes lacking.

Great tips! Thank you. I have found my bags at the opposite end of the ship before, on this cruise, I looked everywhere and no luck.
What was the cruise dates we're heading there in August, wondering if the weather would be similar to your experience.??
We went middle of August 2023. Have a great cruise. I can't wait to go back.
I'm going tomorrow 😅
Have a great time!!! Alaska is amazing.
Does Radiance still have those stupid shower curtains?
Our cabin had the curtains and I don’t like them either. Sorry for the bad news.
Kat does not look like she enjoys any part of being on video. 🤷♀️
Hahaha. Yes this is true. I’m not very photogenic and I know it. I try to hide! I’m trying to put that aside and go with the flow more however.
What month was this please 😊
@@samanthaholt2034This was in August of last year.
You are funny but I’m less excited about our cruise after watching these…..

I agree. Anything Cirque I will go to for sure.
Don't play so much music during your videos.
