May I please know what brand stainless pan you are using for cooking? Food tends to get stuck to the pan base in the ones I use. This seems to be not happening with the pans you use. Would be helpful to know the details as I am keen to use stainless steel. Thank you.

I usually buy heavy pans. It doesnt catch the food easily. If the pan is light, it sticks quickly.
