I used this as a cool down today. Next time I will try it as a warm up. I was thinking it wasn’t too bad until we hit the leg circles. They were the nail in the coffin, making my inner thighs feel the fire. Thanks for another great video.
Hi Melanie, I loved your channel and I am new with the reformers. I would like to buy one for me but I live in a small studio and I need a reformer that could be folded. Any suggestion? Also the springs on the Metro IQ are sufficient for athletes who lift heavy weights?
Hey! In my opinion, Balanced Body springs are some of the best on the market, and the IQ has a very, very smooth carriage ride and collapses well (mine is over 4 years old and works just as well as it did when I got it, even with repeated stowage and setup). The spring setup that the reformer ships with should be fine, but on the off-chance that you need more, Balanced Body also sells green replacement springs that are extra heavy -- you could always swap one or two of the reds out for those. Most times, though, the out of box setup is enough and most clients can achieve what they want to with those and focusing on control. Hope that this helps :)

It’s an endurance game on this one for sure - it’s the wide straddle that does it for me. Thanks as always for your support! ❤️🙏
I love how you say to "squeeze" your inner thighs when you bring them back together. That's a great tip!
@UC-L23-WoVK6GyJLNI-y0qdA Absolutely! Thanks again!
Thank you, Julie! 🥰❤️🙏 It’s the little cues that really do it sometimes, right?
Just shared on fb!
Thank you so much! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
