@@aslammighty8835 Canada is more expensive for living as compared to Germany. Moreover more and more people run towards Canada and pay lakhs of fee per semester. Education in Germany is free at least!

Block account is for our own need, if a student do part time job there then there's no need to withdraw money from that block account so the money remains safe and unused. And i have read many articles in newspaper regarding india promoting education in Germany.
