14:48 what pisses me off about this case the Mom acts like she’s going to stand up to her son but the minute he’s arrested she’s crying in the corner saying it’s not me. I wouldn’t have done it. @SilkRainSand-pc3phrubbing dirty water on someone shouldnt prompt him to get aggressive with her. They were both in the wrong but when she said he was coming at her and even the girlfriend said it as well she pushed him by his chin. There was NO reason for that but there wasnt any reason for him to grab her by her throat and push her into the kitchen. When cops see domestic abuse they will do whats necessary based on the information. There are more female cases in this video than male so its absolutely possible for men to be abused but that instance he was very wrong for grabbing her by the throat. Seems like he got anger issues from what the mother and gf said.

The woman in the pink pants was telling the truth. She was so passionate, when she said her brother and his girlfriend don't live with her. Just because they hung out and visited every weekend, doesn't not mean they live there.I have my own room at my best friend's house, when I visit and my friend always says "Your room is ready." I can describe every single room in her house, but I don't live there. I believe the brother and girlfriend were ganging up on that girl. I really believe she was speaking from her heart. It’s clear that some situations faced are of a mental disorder, but oftentimes the behaviour just indicates a brought forward balance of some sad childhood trauma. Truth is that these stories show the unloved angry child, the lack of a loving home, lack of a caring disciplined upbringing, of being taught the difference between truth and lie, of respect and disrespect, maturity and immaturity, of shutting up and listening/learning.
Then too as well, some are the clear definition of a spoiled brat never told NO.
To be very fair, those who have to face/deal with/sort the indifferent mindset of the OVER 20 year old children from whatever issue they have, have my sincerest sympathies. Hats off to them. Nuff respect for the crap they deal with, whilst we just watch, and ain’t that the truth!

@@janedoex1398 The thing is you shouldn't be bugging out in the first place and screeching like a maniac but these fools don't seem to get that, hence they're being detained/arrested! I have scoliosis and osteoarthritis myself, I'm sorry for your pain! One time I was handcuffed after totaling my sports car that spun out of control one morning when I woke up early to go fishing. I almost died as I hit a guard rail head on, smashing my vehicle in half and my airbag didn't even deploy. Some crazy woman pulled over and started crying as I ran outta my wreck (I was sooo in shock!) and for some inane reason I asked her if she was OK b/c she had stopped for NO reason and I hadn't hit her, nary a scratch upon my inspection as I ran around her car! Then she called an ambulance for herself! I gave her my info but was so out of it I did a dumb and went back into my steaming wreck and managed to start it and instead of pulling over to the side I managed to make it a bit down the highway b4 my exit before it shit the bed. One should never leave the scene of an accident (only thing harmed tho was me, my whip and the guardrail, God's honest thruth!) Terrified because of my abusive parents (although I was 40 @ the time working corporate but unfortunately living w' them totally sober and had said the car mom bought me seemed a little hard to handle!)and a local statie pulled up behind me and he was like "Are you OK?" after it died" Did ya really think you'd make it?" 1/4 mi, maybe I was like" sorry, sir, I think I'm in shock!" That bitch was riding in an ambulance ( She stopped to watch me almost die and I had not hit her at ALL!!! So maybe if anybody EVER cared a/b me I should have been in it?!) They handcuffed me screwed to a wooden wall only 4" of chain on a bench in a 100 year old police station near my old hometown. If you don't resist, they're pretty loose and ya can just disclocate your thumb and slip them off and since nobody came to check on me for injuries or anything (I was so flustered and mortified I couldn't even feel pain and I seriously did nothing wrong but almost die to a vehicle malfunction and then suffering the encounter of a freak opportunist being at my wrong place and time) and I had made my call to whom is my elderly housmate w' dementia I take care of now so I just laid on the bench at the station after I had called him and my attorney ex and tried to rest since my accident had occured super early and not freak out until he came to pick me up. They didn't say jack about me getting outta my cuffs! My parents only cared about looking at my wreck in the lot and never asked how I was. That fraud, liar, ambulance chaser whom I hadn't hit (I was passing her and my car spun outta control in front of her directly into a guardrail on the right, speed limit 65, I was only going 60!) She ended up suing my insurance (an extra lie she told besides was while she was waiting for an ambulance for her and b4 I jumped back into my car was that there hadn't been an exchange of information) when I had given her mine, and was grateful the freak had no damage!!! My only error was leaving the scene! How else was she able to sue my car insurance company for almost $100,000 b/c I'm sure the p;olice didn't know my company, right? What sheister mechanic thought there was any damage on her ugly blue bug and the hospital bill I finally managed to recieve (expensive ambulance ride) FOPR ZERO INJURIES! I've NEVER hurt anybody or told a lie in my life and her lying and suing, me losing my transportation and relocating to the middle of nowhere, having to sell my 401K to live and all I had wanted to do at that time was take my savings and tax return money to get my vision lasered and maybe relocate to civilization to find a husband and this witch stole EVERYTHING from me and it ruined my relationship w' my already mentally abusive parents. My insurance company heard my anger in my voice and refused to disclose the thing's name to me and the police as well and I also couldn't track down her scamming mechanic for a non damaged car. Guess what? I finally later received her medical bill (where she was unharmed) w' that disgusting loser's name on it from a local hospital! I know I shouldn't have driven a few paces down but I know I did check on her and watched her write my info in her handy notebook FFS! I never deserved this. I've always conducted myself w' perfect decorum but I really need to find a way to repair my reputation, correct? Seems like her family has actually been involved in some kinda road rage altercations as well! Really shady bad ppl from my research. I've been so depressed since this, have no freedom and only get to borrow my housemate's car to shop for him, my dating life is non-existent and I haven't been able to find employment and have since had a surgery to fix uterine fibroids that left me w' 2 painful hernias and this liar is living high on the hog with ill gotten gains, my money!!! It got so bad I even recently moved back to TX to reconnect w' my ex fiancee who use to beat me hoping to work for his family business again and he had even broken one of my ribs in the past. Let's say 2nd time didn't go well either. This is really hard not being able to have transportation in the middle of nowhere w' the isolation and hardships of taking care of EVERYTHING for somebody w' dementia whose mind has totally gone. I watch people like this and I get so mad!!! The police here stalk me sometimes and my ex who is a lawyer even had to tell a young one to leave me alone, that I'm not a criminal and that I've been a victim mainly and I was actually grateful during the pandemic so they would stop following me. I was sexually assaulted in the city back in the day in front of 50 witnesses and thrown on the ground (never got to see him because he attacked from behind!) and a female officer also witnessed the entire thing and did ZERO to help and the female who answered for the police laughed at me when I tried to report it! If I was running around acting like a callous, cavalier asshole scumbag pos I could imaginer I wold deserve what the losers in these videos get but that is not my case!

It bothers me greatly how she uses PTSD and autism as an excuse.
I have autism and CPTSD, and although my only interactions with police were for minor traffic violations or as a bystander when others were arrested, I chose to remain calm, remain quiet until prompted to speak, and generally avoid letting frantic emotions cause a situation I'd prefer to avoid.
Yes, PTSD and CPTSD can cause heightened emotions and triggers, but that doesn't remove the choice in how to express them.
Yes, people with autism may be wired differently, but that doesn't mean we succumb fully to our emotions or otherwise can't function.
Using these two conditions as a way to absolve herself of responsibility for her actions is not only childish, but it reinforces the stigma of those with PTSD/CPTSD as being hysterical and those with autism as being out of control when emotionally overwhelmed.
Her path to self-control and genuine accountability is entirely her own and it's both frustrating and disgusting how she would prefer collateral damage of others over some much needed personal reflection.

Neither did they in the 2nd case. Just remember if the cops ever infringe on your rights just stay calm, verbally state you do not consent to search/enter multiple times (get someone to record. don't trust the people whose duty it is to nail you to a cross the first opportunity they get to provide full reliable bodycam), verbally say "I invoke my 5th amendment rights", & DO NOT TALK TO THEM ABOUT SHIT NOT EVEN THE WEATHER. you cannot negotiate your way out with them, or fight your way out. Remain CALM & COMPLY. Court is the place to fight back. I watched a dude be let free, with 0 charges after they found a KILO of cocaine in his trunk from an illegal search & seizure without a warrant or his consent via K9. If he had flipped out, started talking to them & let them manipulate him into giving consent, he would be in prison till 2050. I watch so many people in these videos who could have went on with their day if they practiced their rights, especially not talking to police EVER. but fr Don't ever flip out with police, even if they are infringing on our rights. The entire USA government is behind those uniforms you cannot win. The only exception would be is if some psycho rogue cop was legit trying to murder you. But you better have the evidence to prove it. Always take the fight into court.

I believe the 3rd girl! I know how easy it is for people to establish residency. Happened to me, and if you don’t understand how residency works, you can really get screwed.
Imagine trying to help a friend or family member stay a couple of nights at your house, or even a couple of weeks BECAUSE they have small children and fell on some hard times. But then that person doesn’t do anything to make their situation better or causes disruptions or discomfort to your household and you realize that it isn’t working out so you tell them to leave. But they refuse and you have no recourse. You end up getting arrested and now this person has absolute control over your household. If someone has opened their home up to you and your children- because you can’t provide for them yourself, but that person also doesn’t want you in their house when they aren’t there and suggests that you spend your days wisely like looking for a job or some assistance by, I dunno using the free resources available to you at the “libary” until supper or whatever, you should be oh so thankful and grateful that you have this access and that you and your children will have a safe place to sleep at night!
Seems like the brother and his gf are entitled pieces of rubbish and all too ready to proudly reap the benefits of this woman’s life choices. If she made it too comfortable they would never leave. And why would you even want to be where you aren’t wanted? It’s disgusting!!
That homeowner was so upset because she couldn’t believe that she has no control over her own home! And I think that the brother and his girlfriend know the loopholes and straight took advantage of the sister. I have had similar experiences with trying to help family but the reality is that no one is going to treat your home and what you’ve worked for in the same manner as you- especially someone who has nothing of their own who feel entitled and don’t have a humble bone in their body.
Don’t let anyone “stay” at your house to help them. It usually doesn’t actually help them and you usually end up getting the ass end of everything and lose more than you could’ve ever imagined.

They didn’t show the other woman’s “injuries,” so not sure. But yeah, I really hope she got the charges dismissed. We all need to understand though, that the moment police are involved, COOPERATE! It doesn’t matter who’s right and who’s wrong at this point. Sometimes we get arrested when we shouldn’t have, but that is for the prosecution and/or the courts to decide. THEN and only THEN should your “arguments” be heard. She seems like she’s an intelligent young woman so I feel like she will learn some things from experience!

The arrest that's being made at 42:00 is truly a wrongful arrest and it scares me that those officers are not better trained in distinguishing a good liar from a young single mother who's just very scared and is being used by family. This girl does live there with her little daughter she was doing her idiot brother a favour to take care of his son (her nephew). The new girlfriend is borderline narcissistic and very much motivated to take over the apartment. Why do you think she punched the young mother exactly at the moment the cops arrived? Because she knew the girl would try to retaliate. I feel sick to see her. The police officers didn't even make sure the children were ok. They are leaving her daughter with an enemy but also her house and her things. Is it really just about the best liar wins? Not truth? 🙊🙉🙈🤬😡 This is not ok.

@sandywilkerson4392 I think that the GIRLFRIEND of the homeowners brother got the upper hand because she had all her manufactured "proof" and lies at the ready, and she was more calm, cool and collected bc she was trying to deceive the cops and get her way and not get tossed out.
Of course the actual victim was highly upset! Look at her mouth. It's obviously bloody and very swollen.
PLUS, this bum is LYING right infront of her face to the cops..
I get upset when people lie on me and about what's really going on also!
So it's understandable that the homeowner was agitated. No one was listening!
She tried explaining that the bums were only supposed to be there for VISITS!
      NOT to live permanently.
I truly hope this young lady learned a very valuable lesson that SQUATTER BUMS HAVE MORE RIGHTS THAN YOU!!

Her and friend came to THEIR HOME to obviously to fight she got beat up and called the cops because she was mad and the police are brain dead with no common sense and are completely biased

She was upset he wouldnt help carry the salvage/trash out and said after she and the other girl took it out...she came back in and wiped her hands on him after she washed them... That's antagonistic and as far as im concerned, she assaulted him first. Amazing how EVERYONE, including the police overlooked this.

Almost all states have the Age of Consent at 15-16, period with no age restriction, and even those that do, such as the pearl clutching states like Florida, they have "Romeo/Juliet" statutes where a person age 16-17 can be involved with persons up to the age of 23 before it's a crime. Either way, the cop didn't pay attention to that for either of those reasons, there was no crime on that note. As exampled, Florida's AOC is 16, BUT 16-17 can only be involved with someone 16-23. YET the next state over, Georgia, Has their AOC at 16 period, no restrictions at all, meaning someone age 16 can legally date someone age 72 if they want to with no charge. Isn't the USA such a never ending bounty of strangeness.
