Congratulations! Coda has fundamentally changed how we work. Coming from Monday, I only see possibilities for our team! Using coda for e-commerce (warehouse, administration etc) is super, super good. We have moved all workflows from Slack, Monday etc all into Coda and do automations via Make. Love it. With that said, what we still are missing are better published forms that supports subtables. Also, just having the option to add a bit of formatting to regular form views such as headers, images and separate descriptions etc for instructions and guidance would make stuff much more user friendly. Lastly, as a Swedish customer I'm sad we cant use commas as decimals...
Thanks for the feedback! By free we meant included in the price of the maker seat. When planning this launch, we sized the number of credits to include in each tier per maker based on overall workspace behavior. We're actively looking into ways to make this more seamless for workspaces though!
I hoped to see something like Chat GPT in Coda. Where I could ask for writing a text according to a special content, make some research, … . If I am understanding it correct, this is not possible. Why should I use an AI tool to to write a meeting summary or something like that? I am writing the topics of the meeting while I am in the meeting. Right now I can‘t see a usecase for the AI implementation that really makes sense 😢
We have an AI chat feature that can do what you're asking. In the bottom right of your Coda doc, there's a circle with a sparkle icon in it. Tap that and you'll see AI chat. The value of AI being able to summarize meeting notes is that you can move on after the meeting to the next important task.

Used to think will be able to generate blog post, social media posts in Coda, but limits are extremely small. Back to Notion AI , they give unlimited. But got to say, tried Coda formulas and automations they are nice, hopefully Notion ll catch up in those terms, but AI, Notion is too genorous for giving us unlimited. Sorry Coda people! P.S. Just what you have generated in this video Demo eats up all Coda gives as AI credits. Now imagine working for 1 month......eeeeeghhhhhh.....
Thanks for the feedback-with this limit, we're definitely aiming to be up-front about our AI credits; other providers might say "unlimited" up-front, but actually throttle access after a certain point. That said, we're also listening to makers and discussing how we might address your concerns. For example, we know that while each sales email in the video takes around 50 credits input+output, AI magic column usage can certainly add up, so we're already looking into ways to optimize it!
