I've long waited for a video where you'll work with the Melco Embriodery machine Rogue Lab's got. Thanks Lee, you're an inspiration for people like me to keep pushing. Greatness awaits you.
It's been a minute since you started, have you figured out some digitizing? White thread on dark colors is always tricky! When possible I will lay down some tear away backing underneath the white to get the look of "enough thread" without adding so much extra underlay and density. Nice video, at least you've got that part down! I've been running Melco's for 15 years and this is, hands down, the funniest/best video I have seen for a beginner embroiderer. Best of luck to you Lee.
@@leestuart38 Check out hat frames from Hoop Tech. The ones you are using are difficult at best. You did well for a first timer. Remember, if you outsource your digitizing be sure to tell them what you are sewing on. Hats sew different than say a left chest logo. Good luck and get after it!

By all means start the digitizing journey but do. not. rush. If you’ve got a really good digitizer, great...just keep using them for now. (Hint: if they called you in the first place....they’re not a good digitizer.) digitizing is a get-what-you-pay-for deal. I’m nearly three years in and I still use both outside and self digitizing. It’s a balance between available time and production needs.
Working hard! Business comes first here and I'm still a one man show for most of the stuff, it's hard to keep up sometimes. Hopefully I'll be able to crank out more of these now

I'm here to publically petition to have the skull design done on the new machine 😂
Already way ahead of you on that one
@@leestuart38 yeeeessss! Please tell me you still have the hat from this video around for comparison 😈
Where can I get the hat with the skull on it that you did first? Can’t find it anywhere!
Killer video!
Damn, once you have that dialed I am ready to order some hats for sure.
Hell ya dude 🤘🏻
@@leestuart38 is it possible to distribute your merch here in the Phillipines? sorry,,very good stuff,,can't pass on this one...
really dope editing gives me iron man vibes
You're an OG.
I can't even count how many digitizers I block on social media and in my email every day 😂
Lee Stuart ugh...just wait til they find your phone number.
Hey Lee .... Well you've inspired me to start my own YT channel focused on my embroidery business!!!
There is nothing on your channel...
@@BlaineusTV yep sure isnt
are you still looking for embroidery machines ?
You are still my hero.
It looks like your pull comp is off. You might want to adjust that and maybe up the density on the stitching
Great video!!!Excellent job!
Thanks!
What threads do you use? I love those greens
Could you tell me from where you got this hats without any logo
where da fuck you been? great to see you're back. im about to buy some stuff from you finally.
Working hard! Business comes first here and I'm still a one man show for most of the stuff, it's hard to keep up sometimes. Hopefully I'll be able to crank out more of these now
@@leestuart38 not good enough. lol im only kidding. you're doing great keep up the good work.
Thanks dude 👊🏻
Why did you choose to do your own printing/embroidery versus outsourcing the work?
Simple, I wanted to build something to support myself instead of someone else
That toxic lime green tho !!!! That color sticks out like a hard on in sweat pants 😳😂
😂😂😂
HI, what is the names of snapback brands you use?
🤘🏼 “helllll yeahhhhhh” shadetree voice
That voice is seared into my brain forever 😂
