1984 Stafford Spring Sizzler * Ed Flemke Tribute Race *

A wonderful Tribute Race honoring the late, great Eddie Flemke Sr. A very prestigious NASCAR modified race. All of the top drivers want this win in their resume of accomplishments. 89 cars attempted to qualify.

Does anyone know the history of the 2X? My great uncle owned that car in the 60's and early 70's, I believe. He had a ramped truck hauler and traveled New England and NY. I don't know who drove it. We have 2X jackets kicking around somewhere. My family have all passed away.
