Inumaki is a cursed speech user. His speech amplifies the power and compulsion of words. He limits his vocabulary to keep others safe. So if he told someone to go die, they'd do it.

Just to clarify the sniper scopes arent imbued into his glasses, it's his power, he can see the weakest point of each part of the body of the enemy basically, and the scope is that representation
