Nonsense, if you were able to play at this level once you can do it again and even surpass it - it will take time and patience but the beauty of piano is in the journey as much as the destination, don't you think? You are still young, start studying now, don't wait another 10 years and wish you had done it when you were only 23! Best of luck :-)
