    In this episode of the Assembly Hour, I assemble the Skywalker 12 Foot Trampoline for our long time customer Renee! We've been assembling/disassembling her trampoline for years and it still looks BRAND SPANKING NEW! In this video, I provide one of the top tips to preserving your trampoline especially if you live in an area where winters are harsh and get a lot of snow.

    Great video... stop by and give me a hand if you happen to be driving through Oregon. If not, I’ll have to assemble this thing myself.

      I may take you up on that! 😄 The Pacific NW has some of the most beautiful scenery the US has to offer. It’s trampoline season here so I know I’ll be assembling this trampoline again many times over the next couple of months. I’ll create a close-up, step-by-step video hopefully in time for your build.

    Good video. One should never let one stand up all winter! At the very least store the fabrics and springs in tool shed :)

      Exactly! The metal frame can handle it but all else will certainly perish sooner rather than later.

    Yup I messed up the spring assembly pare. I was so stubborn. I did not want to take it back down so I used some tie-down straps. That was very dangerous. Got it done. Next time I will know to take my time

      No no on the tie down straps my man! It’s just not with it. Safety first!

      @@Prime_Spaceslol. I only used them to pull the prints so I could hook them. I absolutely was not going to take all the others off on the other side. Also I did not see the spring tool until I had gotten through with the assembly. They put it at the bottom of the box.

    Just put my kids trampoline up today and still don't know how to tie down the net. I guess I should have waited til my Husband got of work to help me 😩 so far we (the kids) help because they I wouldn't hear the last of it lol

    • @Prime_Spaces
      @Prime_Spaces  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Ahh! You may have made the mistake of attaching the jumping mat to the springs too early. The net that you are talking about should be connected/looped to the jumping mat FIRST, then you attach the mat and net combination to the springs. If you did this then you have to detach the springs, follow the steps I just mentioned, then reattach the springs. Make sense?

    We looked at the weight limit of 200 pound limit and kind of rethought of getting it. Is it worth it if we are teens?

    • @Prime_Spaces
      @Prime_Spaces  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No, I don’t think it’s worth it. It wouldn’t last long before someone puts a hole in the jumping mat, or you guys will be replacing parts left and right. Look for a model or a different brand with a larger weight limit.

    How to buy the replacement pieces

    • @Prime_Spaces
      @Prime_Spaces  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi there! You can buy replacement parts either on Amazon or directly on the Skywalker Trampoline website.

  • @mrmontgomery707

    Great video! Just purchased one my kids. Have you ever gone over the suggested weight limit of 200 lbs?

    • @Prime_Spaces
      @Prime_Spaces  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don’t actually own this trampoline but I do assemble them for our customers. The jumping mat is more likely to break over time if you exceed the 200 lb. The mat will start to tear and create small holes in the mat which will get bigger and bigger over time as the kids jump on it - especially big kids.

    My brand new big ass expensive trampoline took a flight during a extreme wind storm into a tree 12 feet in the air and I couldn’t get it out 😂. First it hit the fence, the fence didn’t even get a dent in it but two poles were bent in half (those are solid metal too) and a giant hole in the bouncy part. Fml 🤦‍♀️
