Sitting back watching my wife do this and you DEF have to follow the directions step by step … she had a very easy time putting the right springs on !!!! Def need an even distribution of tension
What I love about my new BCAN 40" trampoline is that the instructions th-cam.com/users/postUgkxJ9gj6zjuYQvwe_l9UB_7kOOVd_fIIC5Q and video were easy to follow and setup. A little maneuvering necessary, but all of the steps needed were included. The trampoline is sturdy and I love the ability it has to fold down to store away. The handle bar is perfect for stability and maintaining alignment. I just received this morning and set up within the hour. It was not difficult, but you need to watch the video and read through instructions prior to putting together. I'm already using and love that you can get cardio workout in 10 minutes, and it's fun to do. I plan to use everyday and will test out it's durabiity to withstand my 110 lbs. If special exercises could be posted for use with the BCAN, that woud be an added bonus! So far, I'm loving my new BCAN trampoline and looking forward to using it for many years.
Thank you for the video! Mine didn't come with an instruction page, so I put mine together following along while you put yours together. When we got to the part of installing the springs, uh yeah, I just couldn't. I had my 20 yo son do that part and amazingly he did it without hassle. I also ran into problems with connecting toether a few of the poles, had to file down the burrs like you did. But hey it's up and works! We did it, thanks dude 🙂
thanks for the video, it is very detailed and organized. i dont think i can put together without your video. it wasnt easy to put our horizontal part back to corner piece (i saw same comment from others down here). We have to literally take the whole vertical part out from socket and then pull it back after horizontal part are connected to corner piece. Not sure why yours looks so easy. but Our finished product is not completely leveled on the ground...
I think there is not much quality assurance for this product! A lot of variability between different people it seems. But I guess that is what we get for a good value :) Ours is still in good shape even being outside in the back yard for a while now
I would double check everything is in the correct orientation. If it is, then just run the screw in with a battery powered drill! I think they’re self taping screws
Are the green plastic base pieces sturdy, or are they loose too? Maybe they plastic pieces aren’t fitting together right enough to allow the metal poles to be screwed tight?
@@fiveohmxco yes but I just found out that once I put the net on it will tighten everything ... did yours get tighter once you put the net on and complete everything ? Also thanks for responding
Just attempted to put this together tonight with little to no luck. I couldn't for the life of me put the long parts on after screwing on the short corner pieces onto the legs. You made it look so easy. And tips?
I’m a 57yr old woman who put this up a few days ago. I sat on the floor and braced my feet against the green legs and didn’t have any problems putting the springs on. I didn’t follow the directions I just started and went around. I had two screws that the holes didn’t line up, that’s the reason I searched on here to see if maybe I was doing it wrong and saw your video.
The worst thing on this is the screws at each point where they split off . Despite using the washers and whatnot exactly as shown the screws don’t like to screw down tight on all of them
@@fiveohmxco yeah now I’m struggling with the damn canopy and poles and all. Holes are not lining up on some of them dang! Did you have that problem? Really don’t want to take this whole thing apart again
Nope screw holes don’t line up so can’t finish it . This is insane . Unless the poles are different but I mean a curves a curve and a straights a straight smh. The holes don’t line up for the canopy poles . There are 2 holes on them and neither line up without making the whole thing face wrong way if that makes sense
@@MrKingjoe28 honestly if you’re confident they’re facing the right way, prob easiest to just drill some tiny holes and use a drill to force the self tapping screws in. I wouldn’t be surprised if they messed up the hole alignment after seeing the QC that went into mine
@@fiveohmxco check this video out real quick man it’s short . Explains what’s happened and the manual doesn’t appear to tell you this very important info .
I got this trampoline but I lost all the screws and pieces to put it together (the hardware) I sure wish you could email me or message me a picture of the manual that shows all the hardware items so I can go buy them😣

Haha yea I’ve become a fan of following directions as I get older 😂
@@fiveohmxco yea man but without this video we couldn’t get it done so thank you 🙏🏿
Glad to hear it was helpful! Appreciate the comment

Thanks for the vid ! Just assembled mine. Not too bad
Glad it went well! Ours is still holding up strong, boys jumping in it right now!

Great video, helped tremendously, thank you so much
Appreciate the feedback! Glad it was helpful. Hope you didn’t run into as many issues as me 🤪
Very good assembly video
Thanks!

Thanks for your video. But can you show how to tie the net on? My net isn’t tight and I feel like I’ve tried every thing.
Thanks. I didn’t tie the next anywhere, it just slid over the bars I think
My hole didn’t line up and I can’t take it back. Do you have any recommendations?
One of The metal pieces

i can not figure out how to get the net on the outside of the frames.
I remember I did something weird w the net at first… I had it on backwards or upside down or something. It goes on a specific way
Thanks for showing your video .. but I'm putting mines together and the poles are very loose ? Can you tell me what I did wrong ?

@@fiveohmxco yes but I just found out that once I put the net on it will tighten everything ... did yours get tighter once you put the net on and complete everything ? Also thanks for responding
Yes, once everything ties together with the net it should make the whole trampoline more rigid
@@fiveohmxco okay thank you I started to get worried lol

It’s been a little while since I did this tbh. Best advice would be to make sure it’s the right pieces in the right place
I had the same issue with the hole.
It definitely could have been manufactured better lol

WHERE DID YOU BUY IT ON SALE ?
Walmart.com
Has anyone had problems with the legs warping
We have not so far

Hard to pick the worst thing on this install lol. So many options

Me or the trampoline? 😁
When you say you paid for not following the directions for the springs fold up like a taco for you at any point
😂😂😂
Thanks for the vid-what’s the time amount took to put together?? Wondering if we should attempt this on Christmas Eve??
I think I did this over the course of maybe 2-3 hours, so definitely doable, especially if you have 2 sets of hands!
