    Great message! I needed this! I have lost 26 pounds doing ADF 6 weeks and suddenly I gained 2 pounds and was the same for a week and it was super disappointing! I really wanted to be in the 150’s by October and I now realize I may not be. I have to let it go. It’s not my timeframe. It’s been a week, changed up some fasting cycles, kept exercising and lost 3 pounds over one 36 hour fast! Woot woot! Trust the process!

    This video is so extremely true I have been doing ADF since July and I average 10 lb a month but there's times where I fasted a whole week and didn't see any weight loss at all and was discouraged but it does come off and you have to have faith that it does I had 60 lb to lose and I am 34 lb into my weight loss and I have 20 something left which Im confident I'll be able to do before the new year or right around new year. But I literally have been fasting for 40 plus hours for the last 3 months Non-Stop. 😂 Consistency truly is the key.

    I completed my day one adf yesterday and I feel amazing..it wasn't a struggle and not really hungry today..i need this..i realize i eat because it's "time" to eat not really because im hungry ..i now want to listen to my body..im excited in starting this new journey

    Hi Colleen,, I have to agree for us tall woman 5’10 getting in 170s is perfect 👌 I was at one point 151 and think it’s a bit too much, like you said balloon on a string 😅 iam 48y and 5’10 as well 💖☺️

      Thank you for your reply for the reason why I am asking you. This is not because I cannot fast. I have done all the way to five days clean fast. My problem is that my sugar goes below 38 which is really low and dangerous. That is why I think that other people have the same situation I do . I am trying to do modified ADF 500 cal and they eat a little little more the next day. I only eat once a day anyway and I am very careful about what I eat. There is also a lot of research saying that 500 cal versus no food for 36 hours have actually better results, this was the reason why I wanted you to make a video regarding this because I think that you are great and people do listen to you Thank You

    I just had a question. I love the concept of ADF. But looking at my lifestyle, OMAD fits better with my schedule. But every time I decide to do that, I think I'm cheating and it messes with my head. And I ultimately end up not doing either. Is choosing OMAD cheating? So sorry if this is a stupid question 🙈

      I think that fasting is not one size fits all. Some people do extremely well on OMAD. Unfortunately, I'm not one of them. I tried OMAD and got no progress on or off the scale, got discouraged and stopped. When I started ADF I saw progress with my health and on the scale. The main reason I fast is to heal my body from the inside out. In my opinion, if OMAD works for you and your health is improving you should continue. It's better to do OMAD instead of doing nothing at all. Best wishes on your health journey! 🙏🏽

      You can...but, it might make you feel hungry. I added half a tea spoon of Himalayan salt with water and nothing tasted so good. ... lol
