But... So far TH-cam has recommended me a lot of musical videos with as less as 250 views, and for a year now I was listening it along the popular songs. And there's one thing that stands out the most in highly popular tracks, and this thing is lack of consistency.
In beginner's tracks I frequently see usage of an main vibe, that basically never change. In the worst ones this vibe is hitting you ears hardly, so if you happened to like in in the beginning - you'll be tired of it to the end.
This is also the reason why calm music usually keeps you engaged longer - it just don't have anything to hit your ears that hard.
And sadly, this is an exact thing I see in your work. This fussy sample sliding from high altitudes to low just becomes annoying at the end, and even if it might be suitable to use in some kind of game scene, where it will work out just good - whole track might be better without any annoying (because of consistency and duration of usage) SFx-s on background.
And surely - don't take it as advice by any means. I just hope that some of that info will lead you to further investigations of this topic, and as a result - you'll become even better musician. You are free to ignore my words.
