After I get on with my vacation plan's that I planned for over half a year, I'll quit this company and learn my occupation more, I will go to work in Germany for MUCH better pay and conditions.

Don't have time, for snack got work early tomorrow and I'm about to go to sleep, work has been hard lately, they increased my quota for the day by twice the amount not to long ago, and I have to do my 110% for that measly 10% bonus, and even then I don't meet a quota and have to resort onto logging on (idk if it's right word) special order that is only when it's not your fault when you can't meet quota (machine break's, not enough things for the quota or someone forced you to stop doing your work beacuse of something). Tomorrow I am going to overtime too, never have I ever been so tired, even when I had my electrician apprenticeship and sometimes I was there for even 12 hours and that was pure physical work, digging and carving canals for cables in walls.
