@Maneesh Dangi a big thank you to you! I've rarely come across someone who can explain a concept with that ease; you probably would have been equally successful in a teaching career as you are in your present one. Absolute pleasure listening to you; would love to see you more frequently talking on various topics in educating the retail investor community.
Our pleasure. Thank you Sangam Kumar. We have a saying in the office: "Learning is Earning". It's truest in the field of investing and personal finance.
Recently there is a problem in Franklin templeton about repayment of debt funds. Is there any guarantee of repayment like fixed deposit banks. Can we continue equity funds through franklin templeton
As Mr. Maneesh mentioned that interest rates are inversely proportional to the returns in debt mutual funds, what kind of interest rates are being talked about here?
Interest rates and bond yields are directly proportional since interest rates and bond prices are inversely proportional and bond yield = coupon payments / bond price Going by this if interest rates rise then bond prices go down resulting in yield going up. But in the video it is said that the yield will go down. Kindly clarify. Thanks
Sir, If I want to invest money for less than 6 months so I can't invest in banking and PSU funds if no then why?? is it not beneficial to invest for short periods in banking and PSU funds??? Please tell
Good information about debt funds , I have seen about selection of debt scheme are already in ET money also , same CIO from ABSL also clarify thanks keep posting for selection of other type of funds also
Good video. Please also explain if SIP is a good way to invest in debt funds. I have a 10 year investment horizon and I want to invest in gilt funds, corporate bond funds and banking& psu funds via SIP, will I be able to generate good returns? I don't want to invest lumpsum. Please answer. Thanks.
Should we invest in Debt funds in the form of SIP? Can you please make a video on "SIP". And what happens when you invest only on SIP. What are different tax / exit load scenarios. How should you invest in different asset classes in SIP. As it will be beneficial for every salaried individual. Thanks 🙏
Sir I have a doubt MF AMC for debt funds purchasing securities and bonds in market , can we buy these directly in market , if possible please address us
some of these bonds have a face value of 10 Lakh. Some of them are only issued to institutional investors. A few are listed with lesser face value, which can be bought from NSE/BSE. Just Google "Bonds Traded in CM" and go to NSE site. Sort according to coupon rate. I have invested in ECLFINANCE-NS/NK and SBIN-N5 bonds
@@johncenakiwi sir can u explain how this bond will works, if I buy any bonds , for example SBIN N5 bond buy 1 qty with coupon interest 9 % then how it will works when maturity period how it will give return . Can u explain plz
The ease with which the speaker has explained the concept is amazing. Shows his clarity and experience in the subject.
Thank you.

I think repo rate..
Is idbi low duration fund is good choice in debts

@@ETMONEY Exactly. Thus, in the video when yield is used it is quite misleading as returns should have been used instead of yields.
