This is really good for a lack of reference! You seem to understand the basic concepts behind drawing hands, and the faces are very expressive! Not only that, but the animation, while simple, is buttery smooth, and it gives me the impression that you have experience in tweening ^^ I do however recommend that you at least have references on standby and try to ween yourself off of tracing bases if you feel comfortable doing so.
