I’m a huge fan of adding Parm straight to the bread crumbs and enjoying fried cheese breading
Something I recently learned about Australian chicken parmas: We put ham on ours between the sauce and chicken; I believe this is so the breading stays cwispy. And it works!

Pairing a watch of the video with the written recipe is super helpful, but also I just love listening to the way you explain things and your added humor. Keep doing what you're doing- it's amazing
