Coming from the Podunk trailer trash outskirts Britney Spears didn't have a lot of chances in life to become a refined adult, living with trailer trash paren. Even after achieving a certain level of Fame and appreciation around the world, her inner trailer trash world still followed her around in the cobwebs of her mind. Her parents put a lot of pressure on her to perform well on stage and earn a lot of money. The pressure was so great at times it was downright abusive and hateful. They did not invest into her receiving lifestyle transition management or professional therapy counseling for people who become famous when they're young. They screwed up her mind when she was young, then came back many years later to take control over her career and money. Basically, her father used her like a monkey on a stage, she literally was under house arrest.
That was nice of him. He could have said nothing, but he decided to make fun of himself. That's a nice lesson to the children in his life and fandom.
