My cousins and I once played Mike Tyson’s Punch out and took turns each round. We kept losing to Glass Joe because none of us knew how to play.

Doc Louis just pretends to be weak, it's especially shown since not only did he create and perfect the star punch, but his star punch knocks you down instantly if it hits you, and if you make him mad the WVBA gives you a warning saying they're not responsible for what happens from now on during the fight mostly meaning Doc Louis is going to unleash everything on you.

Don Flamenco in the NES Punch Out can literally be knocked out if you keep altering between left and right punches alone, not letting him even do anything if you're fast enough.

Ehh, title defense Glass Joe may actually not be easiest. Its a bit hard to time to star punches besides on taunts and the infinite loop, although I didn't previous think of that instant ko. TD Glass Joe may be easiest of TD fights, buts its debatable between him and TD Von Kaiser for me. Love making fun of the dodge then hit for star again and again trick.
