Driver`s Eye View: Trondheim to Dombås Bm73

- Just another video between Trondheim and Dombås. This trip is done in a four wagon train set called BM73/type73.
Since we are running this and not a locomotive we have the lady announcing stations as we get there, exept the first one ( Heimdal) where there is boarding only.

I worked for the State Railway of Finland, as an engineer. In an office. I did travel on the train once. We sat in the last car - in the driver's cabin, facing backward. It wasn't the best view.

Is Dombås your final stop or do Trondheim based drivers sometimes operate south of Dombås to Lillehammer for example? Your videos are great!
Dombås is usually the final stop, but some drivers based in Trondheim drive further south yes. Some times it is because a shortage of drivers in Oslo/Hamar. And some times it is because they have have to drive a certain amount trips to keep their certificates up to date.
