I have had the same type of jobs in customer service here in the states I have worked in the supermarket, hotel, banks and now working for our Auto Club and you learn a lot from each job past and present and then you find yourself using those same skills in a current job.
Thoughts that you're going to think determine the life you're going to live.. Your sheer hard worked working in many ways before you realize it.. And now see you're one of the top most careers! Good luck !

i'm at a point in my life where i realize i've studied for something i don't really want to be. So now i'm looking at all different options where i can go in my life, but it's hard. Not knowing where you stand and looking for yourself is really difficult. That's why I ended up with your videos, I've always been fairly interested in aviation. Technically but also in all other areas, unfortunately I have never had a job where I really helped people. No costumer service so far. And when I listen to you I worry a bit about not having that, while I have always liked to help people. Am i less likely to make it through the selection because of that?
Hello Alex . I have studied Hospitality managment for 2 years but i didnt finish my Degree .Is it a good idea while applying to lie and say that i Finished studying ?Did they check ur Degree or can i just give them my highschool degree
