12:29 - it's actually quite accurate, this lyric here is a reference to when a sasaeng put a tracker on their van (a carnival type, thats why he said carnival) but hongjoong refers more to the fact that if it's to put the tracker somewhere it should be in a carrier (because they are more traveling back and forth by plane than in a van, so it was useless)
also in seonghwa lyrics "but yes, oh my doctor said there's a lot of room left to grow" is when they did an endoscopy (for a wanteez episode (variety show)), the doctor told him, that he has a big belly/stomach, basically trying to portray that he is "hungry for more"

yes that's right, when hongjoong says "If you want to put a GPS, put it on a suitcase, not on a carnival, you can be busy too" he's talking about when a sasaeng put a gps on ateez's van (a KIA Carnival) that's also why on the firsts seconds of the mv there's someone putting a gps under the van!
