IT's You. The reason it's capitalized is believed to be because it's meant to be pronounced like "I tease you."
Wooyoung himself has said the song is supposed to be about seducing someone.
About the choreo, while what little they show in the MV is great, this video really doesn't do it justice. I highly recommend checking out their recent concert performances of this song so you can get the full experience.

Thank you very much for this reaction Aaron! Tbh, I'm not particularly a fan of the song, but I'm impressed by their dancing and the MV in general. I agree with you that they all have a pretty similar vibe, especially San and Wooyoung vocally. Tbh, I think you'll like MATZ more than It's you. Personally, I really like MATZ (took me some while to enjoy it, but now, I listen to it a lot), quite experimental and very powerful. The lyrics are about haters, it's really interesting. Can't wait to see your next reactions!
