Several years ago, I googled cottage cheese loaf and Lettie, your video popped up! It was my first Lettie video! I made the dish and it was delicious! My old recipe certainly didn’t have all that butter! (Ex 7th day Adventist, here).
1.5 sticks butter 2 large onions, diced 4 tablespoons chicken base or 6 KNoor bouillon cubes 24 oz Cottage cheese 6 eggs Special K cereal (regular small box ) Poultry seasoning Season to taste! 350° for 50-60 minutes til golden ❤brown
