Wow! All that trash and junk is overwhelming! The property itself looks to have a lot of potential! Can’t wait to see the after video! Take care!
Very overwhelming but so worth it. Already looks so different! That will be upcoming:)
New Scriber, ready to take the journy with you.
Dave
Thank you Dave, happy to have you with us 😀
Hopefully we can watch you clean up and transform property
What an adventure, super cool. I’d love to see that side of the country one day. Thanks for doc. you two.
Glad you enjoyed it, it's beautiful scenery out here I hope you get to come out East one day
That’s crazy how much garbage and junk there is!!! I can’t wait to watch this transformation and see what it looks like after!! 🙌🏻 I NEEEED to see more!!
I'm sure you'll turn this place into a paradise.
Can't wait to watch your videos with this happening
Thanks so much! It already looks 1000% different. I can't wait to share the progress soon.
Just subscribed! Can’t wait to watch them all
Awesome! More to come :)
Just think after its cleaned you will have a blank canvas. Nothing a huge dumpster can't handle!😊
Definitely!
What a mess! I cant wait to see the results:)
This is so sad why people would treat this land this way. What a Mess! I hope you can find the old owner and find him responsible. SO SAD!!! I would NOT GIVE him anything back until he cleaned up his mess!!!!!
I 100% agree, I can't believe how some people treat their properties.
The yellow mushrooms are chanterelles I think. New Brunswick is great for them, :)
It's so sad how some people treat their land but now it has a new lease on life. Looking forward to watching you build it up :)
Thanks so much! We look forward to sharing how the land transforms :) And yes confirmed they are indeed chanterelles and we'll be cooking some up next year.
Thats not bad mate, it is all yours so lifes great man
The property needs a good clean-up. I guess It's part of the adventure. It will do great stories in the future. Hopefully, you got a good deal on it.
I definitely see the potential 😊
Yes for sure, that's the plan! Thanks so much.
It'll be done before you know it and you'll be happy that you've done it besides cleaning up around their gives you a chance to kind of look the place over a little more besides you have to clean it up anyway
Exactly! Start fresh :)
A beautiful place
You need a bush hog and a good weed eater with a disk. I built on acreage that was neglected too. It's beautiful now. Chain saw too of course.
Yes chainsaw is our most important tool right now.
Your well should be listed with the city. Beautiful potential
I wouldnt give anything back to previous owner unless cleans up the junk. Its shameful that there are such pigs that just dump trash for others to deal with. If its wet enough get a burn pile going! You certainty have your work cut out for you! Best of luck!
Ya I agree it's a shame some people don't take pride in their property and just dump junk. Thanks for watching :)
brill vid love it 😁😁😁
Some people have zero pride, wow.
I know! It's amazing to me how can someone let their property get to this point?
It was a mess but so much potential!. I would gave held back $ at closing. Welcome.
Haha ya we were not impressed but we kind of had to play our cards right for the road access.
You can handle it the Lord don't put no more on us than we can handle it just build your big bonfire and start burning hunting burn burn burn burn burn burn burn burn
Looks like most of it will burn get some diesel and some matches
Haha while that may have worked, but we had some equipment come in to help clean it all up. There was a lot of metal and glass that wouldn't have burned.
The very best of luck with your vision
Thanks!
Did you guys check out the land in person before buying??
No we bought the land site unseen. We did a lot of research first on terrain through GeoNB and Google earth to ensure it was a good piece of land and we had people in the area come look at the land before we bought. The back 52 acres was what we originally wanted but we ended up having to buy the front triangle piece as well to get road access.
Most probably your land was used for the local dump then a squatter moved in and they don't throw anything away.
Likely true! We still see people down the road occasionally at other properties that no one lives on and likely dumping. It's sad that nothing gets done about it.
couples days with a bobcat have it cleaned up
Yep! Exactly
They were using it as a local garbage dump
I wouldn't be surprised
Very likely
Such beautiful property it will be awesome to follow your journey to transforming this into a beautiful land and home it needs a lot of love.
You alls better burn some sage.
What would the sage do?
I think there was a couple marijuana plants he walked by
Lol could be! It was a jungle.
I saw that too! lol
Get to work and clean it up
That's the plan!
You whine to much be grateful it’s you property, it will take a week to clean.
