Hi Robs! Thank you! Actually since Covid started I haven’t been working out much unfortunately except for some occasional (very occasional) running and rope jumping 😂 I’m very mindful about what I eat though! So if I know I’ll have a weekend full of food and wine, I want to enjoy it without guilt and I’ll simply try to keep it healthy on weekdays. I really try to balance the two out and it works really well actually. I don’t want to deprive myself of anything, so for example here in italy we enjoy drinking one or two glasses of wine often, and I do that but other than that I have very balanced meals. I’ll just keep the desserts and pizza stuff for the weekends :) I could do a video of what I eat in a day in Italian so I can show you what I eat on my regular weekdays!
@@FrancescaDePaolis That would be great to do a video of what you eat. I lived in Italy for three years and coming from Australia the food was amazing!!!! I loved the bread with oil, I know that drinking wine every day is normal but when I was with friends driving on the freeway, they stopped at a service station for a Grappa or whiskey!!! I love your videos, they're very informative and easy to listen to. 🥰
