Hey jordan I just wanted to say that I love how you expounded on the gnostic texts. As a black man In america I usually dont look to caucasians for advice info etc. However, people like you and teal swan Prove time and time again that my favorite speaker DR. delbert blair was correct when saying that we are all one, and this space suit we use is just that a suit. I really think you should look him up. and keep up the good work. spirit science is not a religion nor is it a belief system. From my perspective this is an" experiment of expression" that allows us to tackle the things in life that matter most. I look forward to the new season of spirit science. Patch man somehow makes the lightbulb go ding, and I thank the whole team for the hard work!

The creative spirit which created me,
Left a vessel for the world to see,
The world judged me and made me see,
That that world was not reality.
The creative spirit which created me,
Left a vessel for me to see,
I Worked that vessel for now I see,
I AM MASTER OF MY REALITY!
The songbird sings but does not question,
    Its connection to the aether,
It chirps and flutters beyond nether,
For this is lifes real pleasure!
Now I sing and I dont question
Why orfor what reason, im a jester
I play for you because life is nectar
I know nothing, I dont measure,
For this is lifes real pleasure!

teal speaking in toungues is speaking another language, I once visited a church as a missionary in Africa and this woman was speaking in toungues and started speaking perfect Spanish, I'm Spanish and every word she said glorified God, my jaw dropped!! Speaking another language without knowing it is something you ought to see!! and prophesues were spoken and some prophet dude knew me by my name and knew the secrets of my heart, I never met the guy!! prophesy is a supernatural ability that doesn't originate from man!!

Thank you, good sir, for guiding me through human spirituality. I'm a former Mormon (well, technically I'm still on the books.) My parents decided to leave and inevitably took me with them. I denied any void or pain caused by the incident until recently, when I have felt an undying urge to find spirituality, and share my experience with others. I go back and forth between thinking I'm crazy and feeling the presence of the Devine as I explore faith and philosophy. it's very painful and exhausting, but my moments of understanding make up for it.

i know this is a year kate, but i got so giddy when you brought up Wicca. Within my Wiccan practices and studies, i have added your videos to my studies because when a former friend of mine showed me episode one. I was hooked. I was shocked as i progressed in your videos because a lot the ideas you discuss (great example, episode 9 astral projection and the different dimensions and our spirit travels to them) is what I always thought, but could never describe my thoughts when asked by another individual. A few weeks ago after going back into studying about consciousness, my boss (i work at a pawn shop) took in about 8 of these blue discs. Instantly gathering my attention because (with our price sticker) looked like the star tetrahedron, I dug more into it. I had picked one up and looked at the back which read "Pat flan experimental sensor 24k" right about a golden spiral, thicker on the left and thinner on the right. I learned a lot about Patrick Flanagan (inventor of the sensor discs) and found it funny that they showed up at that moment in time, especially when my boss wouldn't normally take those kind of items in. I purchased 2, (1 for me and another for a friend) and will purchase more for others in my life that would appreciate and understand it.
But anyways, thank you for sharing this information and not only educating me and helping me move forward in my Wicca and the awakening, but making it aware to me that im not the only one with these thoughts or ideas and expanding on them.
I feel less alone and come to these videos when I am having a rough day because it shows me im not a weirdo and im not alone. plus i feel kind of special hahaha. I always recommend your channel to people i know, and even customers that come into my store and strike up a random conversation with me about consciousness and/or paganism. Before seeing these videos, i had started a back piece tattoo with Metatron's Cube (which at that time i thought I knew a lot about already) and when people ask me what it represents, being the terrible explainer that I am, I tell them to watch Spirit Science episode 6.
Now finally, I apologize if I come off as a weirdo and crazy or whatever, I know certain episodes because I have watched them several times because i learn something new everytime, something new always sticks. I have even started taking notes with my own little comments on the side and how I see it within my own spirituality.
Thank you for all that you do.
    ~Blessed Be and Namaste.

As you talked about "those who want war will create war an those who want peace will create peace" my favourite hobby of "wargaming" came to mind: I myself believe, that while not being the most enlightened or peaceful I strive for these things in my own way. And here is the thing.... Through me playing a game, which resembles a war/conflict/suffering and enjoying playing it I should create war/conflict/suffering etc. yet..... It has also allowed me to grow, for thanks to it I have learned how to talk to people, I have learned to apreciate art as I asemble models representing soldiers and painting them with paints by brushes. I have also met a lot of really great people which some of them introduced me to spirituality and in so doing made me think hard about various aspects of life..... and after watching your video right now I am honestly confused.... I enjoy that hobby. I have learned a lot of things thanks to it and also I have learned thanks to that knowledge how to stop being angry when I lost, how to stop taking things personaly and much more, yet what that game represents seems wrong now with what I have learned..... Should I stop or should I continue as long as It brings me joy while being aware of what it represents and respecting that fact.. Or maybe it doesn't matter at all....
What do you think if I may ask your opinion?

I want to thank you for this informative and inspired video, may it go viral. It is so true that we do not spend near enough time trying to understand the natural world around us, each other and ultimately ourselves because so many of us get bogged down by indoctrinations and systems that do not allow us dignity, freedom, empathy, compassion, tolerance or true understanding of both the individuality AND oneness we truly are.
BEAUTIFULLY DONE, thank you for giving it to us.

Hi Love your channel, I am a spiritual person brought up in different Christ religions throughout my life but I learned and had a open mind about the mysteries of spirit, and when I was 18 received the gift of the Holy Ghost to speak in tongues it was a awakening to my spirit, I was able to see truths never before seen, when I was 20 I had a near death experience and woke up singing in this holy tongue, the source of all life though out the universe resides within all life force electron and molecule and how we attune to that Source and share with one another helps create our reality here in the chaos of this world and recognize our thoughts create our environment. I will continue to pray for you and all who assist you in this spiritual journey because there are those who wish to hinder us from educating others of who we really are. Many Blessings my friend

Theres one fundamental thing about islam that most muslims nowadays choose to ignore or overlook, It is a very peaceful religion that states people who don't confirm to Islam have their own religion are respected and free to practice it as they see fit. Islam is a very peaceful religion but we have a major problem that very few people nowadays understand it correctly. If the prophet PBUH was alive today he would be disgusted at most muslims and how they've taken the words of god out of context and picked and chosen what to follow and what not to follow.

i'm pantheist, literally what jesus was (and tried to teach but got misunderstood); it's sorta comparable to animism. i believe in everything to be connected by just being part of "sort of" living universe, tho i hardly doubt that this "singularity of beings", this "one that is legion" could care more for us then we could do for any individual bloodcells.
if i'm reborn when mankind can do take care of single cells in their bodies, i will start to believe in a "real, activelyconscious GOD" being. for so far, i believe in the unity of all things and this proves to be right - ALL of my gf's have ALWAYS been amazed how awesome i get along with any random animal, and i always just said "i just try to send out a feeling to them that my intentions on them are harmless & good-willing".
i even managed to teach a old male damsel by my aggressive whistling to not search for partners right above my "nest", tho that took 3 summers. i still hear him sometimes, but a few houses further and there his epic soundorgan doesn't disturb me.

    Hi Spirit Science,
Like yourself, I took a special liking to the Tao Te Ching. I first read it in 1995, and in 2009 I translated it, using the six available ancient manuscripts, date range from about 300 BCE to 550 CE.
I also like the Baghavad Gita, my second favorite. I first read it also in 1995. I see it presented in the form of an allegory. This text, as does the Tao, speaks of shutting the gates. This idea is also included in at least one of the books of the Nag Hammadi Library.
Buddhism, Taoism and Hinduism all share the idea of non-attachment.
Although it was a great joy to explore these philosophies, and the philosophy dispensed in biblical and gnostic sources, I have enjoyed most my meditations over the years through which I tap into the wisdom of the Ancients / Source, from which all of these are derived.
I enjoyed listening to your video.
    Mike

It is required that one have the "ability" to conceive the subject, in order to receive the information, process, and have rapport on that.
Begin with "ability" - it comes naturally from that - achievement.

It's wonderful to know about different beliefs. Faith is vastest topic to discuss. Well great video. I love almost all these faiths though I follow literally none. I think it's great to know before you follow. I am impressed with Taoism, Buddhism and Jainism personally. As far as I know Jainism wasn't offshoot of Hinduism it was actually an ancient philosophy derived from shramana tradition of ancient India and it was grown parallel to Hinduism. Vedas and various Hindu texts supports the fact even Buddha mentioned about prevalence of Jain monks at his time. Concept of Non-violence, compassion and non absolutism are beautifully explained in Jaina faith. Every religion seems to share some common grounds , we just need elaborate study, open mindedness and little more tolerance to others opinions. Peace is assured there after.

Me personally, I'm agnostic. I just like to ask questions instead of blindly following. Just the way I live my life. But instead of using science and what we know as a crutch to debunk religion and belief, or believing that is the only way, but to bring what we know into consideration and using spiritual beliefs to look at the universe and existence in another light.

well I am a seeker of the Truth who converted to Islam.. not for the fact of the practices.. but I found that all the doctrines that all the religions have are in Islam.. they just call it different name. also I found that Muhammed is not the founder of Islam but it is exist from the beginning alpha..
Islam means submission, purity and peace.
I have my own belief system buy I resemble myself as a Muslim.
I am enjoying your videos and learning a lot with your search journey..

seeker of the truth who converred to islam???? who you think you kidding?? of course all that bullshit is in islam, because islam was made by catholic church you idiot... muhammed was a mere agent of catholic church... islam means stupidity of highest level... sometimes I wonder what kind of women could actually convert to islam and become a half class citizen voluntarily... and the aswer is very simple: very stupid woman.. who was not satisfied with so little dogmas in other religions... you are stupid... you are not seeking for the truth,, you are seeking for safety inside dogmatic islamic identity... no matter what you think you are doing.. islam is the most narcissistic religion of all, and stupid weak people will always try to be part of something bigger, which tells them how to live... islam is not a religion, it is an ideology... it does not just tell you what to believe.. it tells you how to live!!!!!!!!!!!!! are you okay with being stoned to death for adultery??? do you want world islamic domination????? islam knows no peace, unless whole world is islamic..

You're right about speaking in tongues, it's a form of meditation. Christians who regularly speak in tongues believe that speaking in tongues is a way for god to speak though them, and often after hearing someone speaking in tongues in a servive, you'll hear another person 'interpret' what was said. If you listen to someone speaking in tongues, though, it becomes obvious that most people repeat the same syllables, which shows that they're probably not speaking some kind of heavenly language as they teach, but that doesn't mean it's a useless practice.

Here's what I have observed through my life experiences and research. All religions at their core are the same. I have found two things that seem to be throughout all religions. Relieving ones self from suffering and reliving others from suffering. Each religion has its own particular way of achieving this but I feel as though a lot gets lost in tradition and ritual. I don't know if there is or isn't a God, creator or an energy that drives life and I'm not too concerned about it. I focus on doing right by others without compromising my own long term happiness. Its all about loving and respecting ourselves and others. Lets not worry about what deity will reward us best for doing what we should already be doing.

I always knew animals had spirits, after all, they move breathe think and feel, but then I watched a video about plants. They can communicate with each other with roots. That means they also think. Therefore they must have souls. Rocks as far as I know are still unproven. But then again, I do talk to the wind spirit, and she listens to me most of the time. I tell her when I'm hot, she cools me. In winter if I'm too cold I ask he to cool down (big mistake, she blows harder) then I ask her to slow down and she does. She is quite friendly. This leads me to the question of if rocks and water are also alive. Also, the earth behaves like a living organism, so does every cell in the body contain it's own soul? There are then virtualy infinite different souls. I just made a video on this theory. I call it living infinity.

As much as I believe atheism is the most logical option, I also believe the most important thing is to learn to detach your identity from your beliefs and opinions and learn to look at each other past your views and opinions, and be able to get along despite differences. Everyone believes different things, even inside religions. Ive seen people get along fine before they found a major diffrence between them, so theres no real reason why you should not get along, in the end.

This is why I believe we should move away from all the modern religions where their believers fight each other and have a very narrow outlook on life and the beauty of life.

The way in which you try to search for answers to life questions as like "What's religion?"
Your approach by looking into all (at least most of them) and just not take one as the absolute truth.
From my own perspective, this should be the way to find universal truth.
Besides this, you are the first one which I've encountered that assumes the possibility that the return of Christ could be metaphorical, and in which they could have meant that he returns through our actions/behaviour. One year ago this possibility crossed my mind too and until now I found this the most likely one to be true.

Humanism as defined by AHA is a rational philosophy informed by science, inspired by art and motivated by compassion . . . affirms the dignity of each human being, supports liberty, social and planetary responsibility. It is free of deism and other supernatural , derives its goals from human need and interest rather than from theological or ideological abstractions, and asserts that human beings must take responsibility for its own destiny.

@19:10 - "... dark and light, hot and cold ..."
Both similar, in that they are opposing ends of the same scale - one is the absence of the other. But just prior to that you said:
    "male and female, ..."
WRONG. Genders are different iterations of the same species yet separate and unique entities. They are not opposites, nor is one the absence of the other. Your comparison would imply one gender is "superior" to the other due to the lack/presence of something the other does or doesn't have, a single attribute defining position on a scale such as amount of light or heat. Not only would this be wrong but would, by definition, be one of the most sexist concepts ever spoken.
    EPIC FAIL, Jordan.

For instance, the crusades was an attempt to stabilize Europe by a common enemy and to grab rich, Arabic land.
Also, there were serious conflicts linked to Faith's in the East, such as the adoption of Buddhism in Japan and the conflicts between the influence of Confucian, Buddhist, and Daoist influence in China.
