Wow....my first ever drama where there is no break up, no misunderstanding, no family pressure. Brother and sister bonding is really good💯%. It's simple but the story is really good hats off to all the cast and their best friend is really awesome ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️. Going to miss it💓💓💓

At first I thought 40 episodes is too much but now I wish there were few more episodes which show their wedding and children maybe. This is THE BEST C-drama. They've portrayed independent and strong female characters along with responsible men
yes i wished that to although xia and captain shu are officially married and xia is pregnant but i wanted to see xin kelei and mi ka's wedding and children maybe but its okay im still happy

Yess same as me, the best chinese drama. just like you, at first I thought there were too many episodes. so maybe I will stop at episode 20 like other dramas. but after watching the drama I can't stop it, I finished everything. and guess what I think 40 episodes is not enough I want more. 😭😭😭😭

😂😂😂😂 They were literally clowning us audience bcoz we had seen a lot n lot of drama with such type of storylines 😂😂😂 I really enjoyed everything about the drama... every setback, then facing it , proving ownself , every minute was so relatable n beautiful . Sandra Ma , a loyal viewer of her drama since love me if u dare ❤️❤️ again she rocked it. And each n every one had really done a splendid job 👍🏻❤️

PLEASE GIVE US SEASON 2!!! This is one of the best dramas I have ever watched in my life! Wonderful cast, script, cinematography, OST, and so much more.
But they took 40+ episodes to end the drama which is quite long and even unwanted. They can easily make it short which would be nice but... Though the drama in the starting is amazing but in the middle it was quite boring and at the end it ended happily ☺

When Mi Ka asked why they've experienced thrilling things since they were together, It felt like they're not a fictional character but a real couple living their own life. I love how realistic their characters are, that for the whole series I've always felt like I'm watching someone's private life🤭

im crying 😭 I didn't want this drama to end 🥺 its really one of the best drama i have ever watched, no breakups, no big misunderstandings, the trust they have for each other is admirable. from Captain Xing & Mi Ka, WenBo & Xia, Dr. Shao & Keyao, all the couples are different but totally touched my heart in different ways ❤️ Hoping for Season 2 ❤️

目前为止，看过的饰演两情相悦的情侣最真实、不做作、不尴尬的一部剧，而且还正能量满满，剧终时邢克垒问米佧，是否接受一个不完全属于你的人？特别真实，不像很多爱情剧，只要两人相爱，肯定表现出全部属于对方。他俩人的场面重复看了很多次，尽管有剧情不合理的地方，但是瑕不掩瑜，自认为是部好剧！！！
不止您認為是好劇 在下也覺得很優質！

这部剧的特别之处就觉得这两对都演的特别真实，他们相处的样子就好像真的情侣一样。特别是米医生笑起来特别单纯好看。好喜欢这三对，没有不必要的误会而且整部剧也不是一直谈恋爱。还有工作上特别感人的部分。

The writers created two leading characters with strength, courage and honor in every decision they made with no back peddling or blaming others for their faults or failures.. The leads were very believable and funny... I had to stop myself from vinging and took my time enjoying a great drama.. Hope you all will enjoy it too...
This drama is like yakult. It cleanses you from all the toxic characters and all the nonsensical choices in other dramas. It's so refreshing to just see people working and going on with life as we really do in the real world. Love these characters and the plot. Thank you.

This is the first chinese drama i can say i truly enjoyed from start to finish. Proper character development and a well thought out and executed plot. No complicated love triangles and squares and octagons etc. Just a beautiful story of love and we see the characters grow together. Also the length was not tooo bad. I usually get tired out by these 40+ episode long sagas that are then 1hr and 15 mins per episode, sheesh. This was just lovely.

这剧情真的很到位！演技也很在线。剧情很好，没有腻腻歪歪的剧情没有傻白甜也没有什么绿茶或者那种很偶像剧的“分手”。这部剧真的很好看！展示了医生和特警的职业和忙碌，家人们的感受。很真实很生活没有那种因为小误会就分手的那种垃圾剧情！演技真的很好很自然！
這是我一生以來看到最好的連續劇，而且挺感人的，有好多集都看到哭了，實在太好看了
他俩演的太好了，邢克垒气胸的时候我也跟着喘不上气来，扎了一针以后我也一下子奇顺了；米佧这边也是，看她慌乱中强迫自己镇静的时候我也紧张的手心都是汗

On a scale of 1 to 10, this drama is 11. Thanks to the script writers and directors and probably the best cast I have ever seen in any C-drama! Great actors and wonderful OST. And much appreciation to the translators who make it possible for English speaking people like me to enjoy these dramas!

偶然在推薦欄看到了第一集珠寶店搶劫的片段，瞬間迷上了這部劇，趁暑假期間用了4、5天追完它，好好看啊！這部劇太吸引人了，會讓我不自覺地一直看下去~~演員的演技都很自然，主副cp都很好看👏👏
Everything about this drama is good from storyline, plot twists, character development and the way the actors and actresses play their role. No cringe moment and irrational arguments that would actually waste big amount of time to just make the story long and running which are very common to most stories. I love how they show the interdependence of different professions to safe lives. The professionalism, courage, respect and bravery. It doesn't have super villains and kontrabida to give viewers plot twists. It's all about making decisions in realistic situations. Such pure and wholesome scenes with a lot of lessons. The leading couple shows us how to have a mature relationship and what it feels like to have one. This cdrama will always have a special place in list of favorites.
By the way, I came to watch this because of Sandra Ma's acting and her chemistry with Peter sheng after watching Oh My General. But, after watching couple episodes of this drama, I fell in love with her chemistry again but this time with Bai Jing Ting. Their acting is so flawless. Like real couple. Sometimes it feels like we're invading their privacy whenever they talk in the apartment, in Xing Kelei's car, or even in front of the hospital. Their acting is so good that I don't see Sandra Ma and Bai Jing Ting here. I see Mi Ka and Xing Kelei. Sure enough, I'm gonna come back and watch this again.

Xing kelei and mi ka is one of the bestt couple everrr, their chemistry was 🔥 and the whole cast was really good. Their acting was so natural 😍. I enjoyed all 40 episodes and never get bored. The osts are amazing 💜. Also xia is the bestfriend everyone needs 💜 and xia and shu wenbo's love story was sooo adorable ❤️❤️ and mr shao and keyao 😍. Xing kelei's team members ❤️ specially li nian is so funny 😂❤️. Xing kelei is so cute and handsomee 😩❤️, he looks even more handsome in police uniform ❣️ and mi ka is veryyyy beautiful 💙🌼. I'm already missing them 😭❤️. I really hope that they make season 2, for xing kelei and mi ka's marriage and the other 2 couples married life and chen tao and yashan's love story or main leads another drama together 🤗. I ship them so hard 🥺❤️, i hope they can be a couple in real life too 😩💕, they are made for eachother, a perfect match ❤️✨.

最近看过最不拖沓得40集电视剧。锦心似玉也是40集，妈呀，虽然演员也很好，可每集都是各种勾心斗角看了20集都觉得太长。

This drama is a straight shooter - no breakup, no 3rd party involvement, no inappropriate quarrel! The chemistry between Captain Xing and Mi Ka is off the charts - heartwarming!
The romance between Captain Shu and Xia is simple yet uplifting. Persistence is best description as it grows in fruition.
Needless to say about Dr. Shao and Keyao, after many years they still love each other wholeheartedly ❤. They stand by each other!

虽然有人说最后两集很拖沓，但我特别特别喜欢最后两集。我是看了三遍，前两遍每次看40集开头都要哭。我是一个喜欢看重案六组或者真实案件的人，觉得最后几集多放了一些案件具体内容很好啊~ 并且我认为这部剧是甜蜜恋爱剧+医生警察正能量剧的完美结合，是一个很好的尝试！特别是最后还升华了一下主题，提到社会中各行各业默默守护着大家的人。
就连细节都做的好极了！大毒枭也是立体的塑造了一番。他一直是智商在线，只是在犯罪道路上走远了。他看到邢克垒抵错刀马上就知道去看手米卡手机。抓捕过程中毒枭看到有人摔跤面色不对，就要检查是不是有人躲在车下，当然咱警察也不是吃干饭的，自己马上做好掩护。这个毒枭对老弱病残完全没有恻隐之心，但是对自己的弟弟亲情也是割舍不下的。包括后面有个毒贩被击中倒地以后警察立刻就踢走毒贩手上的枪也是不错的细节。
说完群演说说男女主吧。这俩真的心有灵犀，夫妻档max，两人几个眼神就能沟通。在警察们靠近大巴时候，米佧弄掉毒枭弟弟的监测仪发出响声分散车上歹徒们的注意力，给外面的部署争取宝贵的时间。 米佧不在像第一集那么慌张，这次她沉着冷静。米佧也成长了，从之前邢克垒做手术就哭的不行，到现在至少一边哭一遍能给邢克垒做急救。另外，米佧这次回来气质真的变了。之前虽然也是医生但是总有种少女气息在，2年过后之前邢大队长说过的“米医生气质优雅”的感觉极具提升。可能是着装、妆容和演员的塑造上都做了调整吧。邢克垒呼吸困难握住把手那挣扎着带着血的手，还有米佧扎了一针之后恢复呼吸的那一瞬间都演的超级好。看了感觉不能呼吸的是我自己，代入感太强了。还有他俩说“建民医院 张建林” “仁心医院 米佧”握手的时候和地震那次相认确定关系握手多像啊！我也超级爱抗震救灾他俩被困矿井里到出来相认的那段！也是能给我感动哭的！我不知道什么是爱情，但是米佧和邢克垒这种信仰相同的爱情我真的超级超级羡慕！
我认为米佧最后看到有小偷上前阻拦不算人设崩塌吧。她又没有上帝视角，她就觉得自己看到了偷窃的行为。恰恰这个行为是体现米佧没有变，她还是那个想医治全世界的小女孩，想尽可能帮助他人。好心办坏事的例子还不多吗，刚进急诊不就干错过一次？只不过暴露毒贩这个环节的台词好像是有点尬，而且警察就直接上去帮毒贩结尾这不立刻就暴露身份了？如果编剧这里本来是想表达快到边境线了但大鱼还没暴露，是米佧这么一闹引出了车上的大鱼并且保护群众抓捕毒枭成功的情况，我觉得可能剧情还需要再磨一下。我们看起来是有点突兀哈哈哈。

最后的毒枭确实是给了不错的人设安排，对得起他终极大boss的身份。
但邢克垒受伤是编剧强行给他降智了。
他不应该在没有完全控制罪犯的情况下先分心去拉女友的。女友当时倒在座椅上又没有危险。

I love this drama. Absolutely the best. The story bi-line from start to finish, as well the actors portrayal of the characters was indeed gratifying. The real life situations portrayed throughout the drama were point on. There were so many scenes throughout the drama that were emotional tear jerkers! I will definitely recommend this drama to everyone. I will probably watch it over again.
I enjoyed all 1-40 episodes and would watch this a million times, I love the trust each couple has for each other, they all had their ups and downs but pushed through! I love the actors chemistry together and I loved the fact they didn’t make Mika dress up a lot! It was more realistic.

I'm speechless i don't know what to say what a beautiful story is. Its different from all c drama i 've watched. Congrats the love story of dr. Mi ka and capt. Xing kelei is so beautiful its shows how this two persons with a different profession met and fall in love despite of their duty. How talented the script writer, the director , all staff and the producer of course and all cast of this drama they are amazing. Its a highly recommended to all c drama fanatics you must watch this you have no regrets. I love it. ❤❤❤

Everything in this drama is perfect. I can't believe that it's done. I don't know how to move on from this drama. I think 60% of my brain's memory is from this drama. This drama is just so heartwarming. I do really hope that they give us season 2 even if it's the most impossible thing. I enjoyed every episode, from the beginning till the end.. it was all worth it..

感动于编剧和导演的一种质朴用心。故事讲述上来说，感情线层层递进，高潮处一咏三叹。邢队长和米医生爱得郑重热烈又少作甜腻小儿女之态，一派青涩反是动人。事业线多用白描，细节处有纪录片观感。邢队长有帅酷行头动作加持，容易拍得好看。米医生只一双眼睛露着，全靠眼神和简洁台词塑造性格，却是难。医生台词多医学术语堆叠，还是看到信心看到临危不乱，这个把控邵主任还在米医生之上。两条线都拍得有逻辑，美好，层叠交织，看出其中人物的爱与成长。两个主角选得上佳，既闪闪发光，又质朴平和如身边人物。很多戏份看出演员沉浸共情之下的自然发挥，使得人物形象更鲜活生动。人物间关系丰沛，战友同事闺蜜情敌家人领导，一笔一笔认真写。尤其两个主角的互动，那种互相尊重，互为城池，坦诚交流的部分很动人，看出总体上一言一行都是编导演员严密设计反复试炼，确实体现人性美好，这部分是我觉得看这剧的意义所在。譬如邢队长的肌肉，大约在专业人士指导下普通人总能练个七八成。可是邢队长发现误会米医生在队友面前说自己手抖，也知道米医生不会真的怪自己，还是第一时间请假去医院当面道歉，便不是普通男女可以做到。米医生是自然纯美勇敢正义的专业人士，而且，她真的以自己的方式强大着，从女性视角体现对这个世界的关照与互动，让我觉得，啊，人类还是在进步。笑。
觉得有些迷惑的地方一是卓文靖，出场就是大阵仗，后面救灾有一场受伤戏，便没有了什么戏份。拢共两个关键点，一个是引了邢队长说束文波输给这样的人有什么丢人的，帮邢队长丰富一下他没有性别偏见的优点，再就是问了一句米医生是不是邢队长的女朋友，推动了一下剧情。对卓文靖这个人物来说有点虎头蛇尾，但是似乎很难给这样光芒四射的配角再加戏了。略觉遗憾。
二是沈家姐妹，出现功能与卓文靖相似，引发邢队和米医生优点闪亮多几次，甚至连推动剧情发展的作用都没有多少。
这两段几乎完全独立的故事线让人有点不知所以。还是我比较鲁钝呢？
服化道挺好的，就有一些细节我强迫症看得难过。譬如剧中屡次出现的广告产品和相关无意义特写和台词，只能硬着头皮看了。再就是那些个咖啡杯，应该都是空的，弄得轻飘飘的很出戏。一杯有份量和温度的咖啡真的不是这样。每次看演员喝空我也觉辛苦。17集里面邢队从井下被救，躺在病床上，还是换了干净整齐的制服和宽腰带，感觉很折腾。米医生的粉色内衣真的不是吊带啊，而且那个血迹清洗过就算洗不掉也不应该是那个颜色。
总的来说还是很好看，主配角都是有出彩的地方。很谢谢剧组人员的专业工作。
This drama honestly....
The pacing of the drama, acting (also hats off to the actor of Shu Wen Bo because he perfectly acted the awkwardness and just overall personality of the character), OSTs, everthing honestly, was near perfect.
I don't think I've ever watched a drama similar to this. They give such respect and screentime to depict the lives of doctors and policemen, while still maintaining enough time for the three main couples. My favourite couple is definitely the second lead! There are no frustratingly obvious additions of a second lead which causes misunderstandings between the any of the couples just to add drama. And I love love love that! The main couple is written well as two real people who have their own lives, and their love isn't the one thing in their life, they trust each other and support each other in the most respectful way. Hella amazing job to the whole cast and crew who were involved in this process. It was an amazing drama!!!
Also forgot one of the main things I wanted to say, I love the kickass female character who doesn't just have a trait of being "badass". She is brave and fights for what she believes in, which really inspires me.

The reason this series is a success is the players are portrayed as having wonderful characters that respect each other and act in sincere ways. This is one of the series that is written with a moral compass which brings a decent outlook on each situation. Even when some of the players are playing upsetting parts the outcome is taken care of with justice and integrity. Well done everyone.
