HI guys! I know it's a late posting... but the kids are in bed so you can watch right now, right? HA!! Who has made a sensory kit?!?! Tell me about yours!!!!
Yes!! The kiddos are in bed and I can watch one of my favorite TH-cam channel! :) Great ideas as always! Thank you for sharing. Hummm... the green popsicle sticks gave me the idea to be seaweed for the under water theme.
I love this type of idea. I grew up in the 70's and no one gave a damn what we played with in Brooklyn...not sure how we all survived. I do remember using our imaginations more than kids get a chance to today. We worked with whatever was around us outside.
Nope, it's Friday so we let our 4 year old stay up. Besides it's hard with my husband playing loud music (every Friday night is celebrated with music to start our weekend 😊) love your different ideas of sensory bins.
You're welcome! I've been a listener for a while but just silent LOL I enjoy your stuff even though my son is only three I still get really good ideas!
I totally understand!!! I do appreciate the comment though, means a lot. I'm happy you are here and enjoy the videos! I started making these when my kids were about 18 months and 2.5 years.
I am on the process of starting one. I have a bin made up with rice and scoops, a funnel and a few different containers and some plastic diamonds. My two year old has been asking for it EVERYDAY! But I have in another box the water beads. Need to reload on playdough and am wanting to find the floam.
OH fun!! Sensory bins are a great tool too. I have a few videos on sensory bins if you need some inspiration for them. I love it when they ask for it everyday, that's a good sign!
I've just subscribed to your channel after watching this video. Thank you for your great vid, it was very informative. I look forward to seeing more of your content.
We love doing Oobleck Slime, cloud dough, coloured rice and shaving cream car washes 😊😊 we love sensory bins we do them on our channel as well! Your channel is a great inspiration to us 💕
How do you utalize the self regulation one? Do they just go to it when they feel upset or do you ask then to go and take a moment and use it? Im interested in utilizing that method but application of it is what I'm trying to maybe overthink lol
Great question - it really depends on the child, so it is hard for me to recommend. But after several times of working with my child, we've found what works for her to regulate and then we do it together until she is able to do it on her own.
I have a sensory room at home it has slime and squishies and putty and sequin pillows and lgeo and toys and stuff because my younger sister and brother have some kind of thing that effects the Bain and they have extreme anxiety issues so they like stuff like that
There’s so much good stuff. The vowel owls are too cute!! How did you get into the sensory stuff? We have that trampoline and they tried the seat cushion for my son at school. I love that you have so many ways to use the items. The tegu pocket set is awesome!!
I’m in the process of making a school sensory kit for myself I’m in 7th grade I am putting in noise canceling earphones , fidgets , and a necklace of god ( because I’m religious) and more also I’m using a pencil case that has flip sequins which can also be used as a fidget

Hi, where can i buy the materials for the kits? Where did you buy?
Love these ideas!! Where'd you get your storage box?
Great ideas here, thank you for sharing ! 💛
Hi Lady, thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a great weekend too!
Where did you get the clear bin from?
She said IKEA
But if you’re like me (5 hours from IKEA = $100 shipping no thank you
Then try Michael’s, hobby lobby, or even target arts and crafts
Def want a calm down box

“Pick what works for your child” me, I’m the child in this situation 😂
Where do you buy your boxes? I love your ideas🥰🥰🥰
I think those came from IKEA
Cool idea! I'm going to hunt round my house to find stuff for a sensory kit 😉
YESSSSSS! Love it!
What age are these for?
the small metal tongs in the second one (the rectangle with circles on the end) look like a flip-cover from a usb drive
Info on animal squishies please. ESP big bear one
It's from target, the squishy brand. I think I talked about it in my Christmas toy win and fail video.
Where’d you get your animals
I put them in my amazon store, but you can find them there or in michaels.

11:12 will need stress ball
Or with the sensory bottles can calm you child down from having a meltdown.
If you mix the play doh and the floam all the Styrofoam ball separate and make a huge mess. :-)
I. Autistic and wanted to make a box
