I really enjoy your videos. You have great ideas and feedback. I made sensory bins for my grandchildren for Christmas. They were so much fun to make and watch my grandchildren explore and pour and use their imagination. I used colored rice in mine and made up bags with different themes to play with. The dollar store had great spoons, cups, and tongs. I found a lot of great items in the dollar store and other discount stores.
Love all your videos... I live in India so we don't have a dollar store here but I try to find options at our local stores. I love to watch all your shopping videos. I have a 2 year old toddler and making sensory bins for him is my new obsession... love from India 🇮🇳
Just my opinion, but I feel like for the price, these bins were a little underwhelming. I agree that they are a nice introduction to sensory bins and love their portability. However, I am not sure that they will sustain interest in the long run without adding additional items. I may pick some up with the coupon or if the price reduced. So pleased you did a review as I had responded that I was interested in seeing one in your last video. Lots of valuable information and tips.
these you could recreate pretty simply and add in other things that would expand play and even as the kids master things add in more difficult concepts for exploration
It's the kind of stuff that will go on clearance 50+ % off,.Then I will buy them all. They would be great as gifts for little kids, and teachers or daycares.
I just found these today on Michael’s for my 2.5 year old son! I can’t wait to get ALL of them for him for his 3rd birthday next month! Thank you so much for reviewing all of them 😍🙌
I love sensory bins .... I have made many myself .... These bins are creative but for me they are each lacking a some things i would add to expand play .... The little alien that is in the outer space bin you can get at dollar tree .... The exact one .... They even have a few different versions of him that are great for sensory ... For the sand and water one if yoy have a child that wouldnt like the water bead sand combination you could use small blue rocks like fish tank filler or those blue green and clear glass pebbles or even the different shade of blue glass pebbles or even make blue coloured rice all to symbolize water to avoid the sticky mixture .... You could also just add in another bin one for the water and one for the sand and use them side by side
Oh my goodness, I haven't seen that at Dollar tree!! I'm going to have to look for that little alien because I would love to have another, he's adorable!!! Great ideas in your comment too! Thank you so much for sharing.
I have the polar animal one. It uses the water beads. The boys loved it but I would have liked it to have penguins in it and a few more things to interact with.
Loved the review! Thank you so much for purchasing all the kits and telling us your thoughts on all of them. This really helped me out on what bin to splurge on. I could not resist and drove to Michael today for this ❤️. I got the space kit!
I bought the ice cream one to pull out as a fun surprise one day this summer. :) I do kind of want them all now. I happened to catch them on sale so I think I paid $15 on Amazon with free prime shipping.
They also have these on amazon for the same price. There is also a garden & critter one. I was price matching and looking to see if it would be cheaper to make my own since I need to do them for 5 classrooms.
I think I like the space one the most due the variety and I haven’t tried a sensory bin with a gravel base. I’m interested to see if the rocks keep the water beads and kinetic sand separate or if it really would just turn into a mess. I wonder if the crane car could be used like a tow truck and hook on to the other cars to save the day when they get stuck in the sand and have to be pulled out. 😂
I would say #1 space and #2 dino hunt but I'll get the ice cream for my toddler probably even though I know the sand will get mixed. I think $12 w coupon is worth it personally.
Ohhh I need to see if they still have these!
They do and Walmart has them too. Walmart was cheaper.
They would make a nice gift to gave preschool mom. So good that they come with directions on how to use them.
That's a really good idea!
@@ThePurpleAlphabet Thank you 😊

I live the space and ocean ones both! These are cute. We make our own buns but having these put together is tempting!
Those are two of my favorites

Yes! I love making sensory bins. They have so many benefits beyond just having fun making a mess lol 😆
LOL - that's true!
I have the polar animal one. It uses the water beads. The boys loved it but I would have liked it to have penguins in it and a few more things to interact with.
They also have a garden theme one too! Great review I’m so glad you purchased these and showed us 😃😃

This is great to know, thank you so much for mentioning that!!
Oh, and my twins who are 9 watched the video and we all liked the astronaut, gold turtle, silver sharks and ice cream sand.
Nice picks!!
Oh love these. I can definitely add a bit more to them.
That's always a bonus!

Yes! I thought about that after I edited the video. I'll have to try it out.

Yay! Another vote for the space one!!
