Please note : Cup measuring are really tricky, so all gram to cup conversions are approximate

80g ( 2.8 oz ) walnuts
240g ( 1 + 2/3 cup ) bread flour
3g ( 1/2 tsp ) salt
24g ( 2 Tbsp ) sugar
3g ( 1 tsp ) instant yeast
60g ( 1/4 cup ) lukewarm water
80g ( 1/3 cup ) lukewarm milk
26g ( 2 Tbsp ) egg
26g ( 2 Tbsp ) butter
( Garnish )
6 walnuts
