William Harrison, Usually go for the spotted of Longnose gar but I'll shoot all the alligator gar the state will let me. They have specialist that determine the limits not some Jack wagon behind a key board
cactus shipman you're an idiot if you think gars hurt other fish populations. the gar population is already drastically low which is partly why we have so many invasive species of fish like carps... there's not enough gar to control them because humans keep killing them.

I don't think I've ever laughed this hard this many times in a fishing video! Firstly (sorry Rob), when the line broke and you flew back and hit your hat brim with your fishing rod, I laughed even though I felt your pain for losing that fish. Then you jumped out of the boat and wound up knee deep in muck, then the fish smacked you when you were holding it, etc. The other hilarious part was when you shot the fish and the guide was putting it in the cooler and said "get back in there, Wanda"... funny. This was a great video, Rob - going down into my favorite folder for sure. Those gar are ugly, scary looking fish. I can honestly say I would never swim in any body of water in Texas after watching some of the videos out there! Thanks for the awesome content, Rob.
