Ciao Luigi, I just saw your video because I have problems with my VR 600 from Philips. At 3:03 the tape should be drawn upwards against the video head, but no movement there around the video head on my broken device. Could it be that on the other side of the plate a rubber belt is missing or broken? Do you have any idea how to get to the invisible side of the plate, where the rubber loading belt for the tape should be?
I have a VR608 which has a turbo drive and is giving me real issues. Seems to play LP tapes of but picture completely off with SP, when I fast forward the picture is clear, as soon as I press play it goes awful. Can't work out what's wrong.
