I know what you mean lol I fucked up so much the last part (with the teleport), so i tried it over and over again from the beginning and sometimes the otg SUJK into auto combo is delayed as fingers started playing tricks on me.
There are various tutorials over on TH-cam how to do it. It's funny as it was discovered/popularized during MKII PSN days with Jax. I think I got once 6 bike kicks in a row, of course using save state before starting the combo. Don't forget that MAME also has Auto Fire (which is kinda cheat) and if you play on Joypad, you can map multiple buttons to LK as well.

You mean vanilla MK3? These are done on normal UMK3 1.2 - i don't play hacked and modified MK Games. In MK3 most of these can be performed as well
