The gender pay gap exists and it is a problem for both men and women. It exists because women predominantly take most of the domestic responsibilities. This affects her professional earnings. This also puts additional professional pressure on men and affects his ability to participate domestically. Share the burdens, financial and domestic, in a balance that works for the family unit.
