Tevin Campbell did an amazing job as Powerline. An awesome tribute to 90’s R&B and incredibly underrated. The movie overall had great music. This youtube channel called Sideways did a really eye opening musical breakdown on the film. It’s definitely worth watching!
I once saw an article with the headline “A Goofy Movie is Disney’s Blackest Film,” and I thought, ‘well geez it’s not that dark.’ Then I read the article. They meant Black as in African American, and I instantly felt stupid.

this movie was my bisexual awakening. I loved max dressed as powerline, I loved powerline, i kinda liked bobby in a weird way, I also kind of liked bigfoot, and I couldn't figure out why but I was obsessed with roxanne. Especially the opening sequence when she's in the white dress and she's on the rock calling to max made me feel things. Now I know why lol plus everyone was SOOOO hot

I don’t think Goofy’s fashion should be used as evidence of being gay. Especially when so much of gay culture is influenced by black culture (fashion, music, slang, etc.)
53:15 for those of you who didn’t catch what Zach said like me, Wikipedia says the director also directed Tarzan and Enchanted so he probably said one of those (he also directed both of the Eloise at the Plaza movies)! Definitely been having a hard time with the sound mixing the last couple of podcast episodes (I listen to guilty pleasures and trypod)

Such a good movie! Had the pleasure of seeing this at a drive-in when I was a kid; it was a double feature with “While You Were Sleeping”
Also, immediately listened to “I2I” after the episode. It’s still amazing and no one can convince me otherwise.

Finally a movie worth reviewing
I few years ago I found a Power Line tour shirt. It has been a prized possession of mine ever since. I still get compliments every time I wear it and I definitely still bump Power Line on Spotify.
Kelsey please feel better but this episode! I couldn’t hear anything Zach was saying because of Kelsey’s SCREAMING. Was super excited for this episode, slightly disappointed
kelsey has always been the downfall of this podcast
Editing is really difficult, raini is new and is young so probably doesnt have years of experience at audio mixing. Kelsey always screams but in person it doesnt drown out other peoples voices as much and other episodes where she was via satellite the editing helps keep it cohesive

Goofy is not closeted imo. He is outwardly effeminate without apology, never hiding his natural demeanor like one would in a closeted scenario. I think he's bi at most, because his interest in the lady in the 2nd movie seems very genuine and with lots of mutual chemistry. Bi Icon is my vote.

The Goofy Movie has always been my top favourite movie ever!! I am so unbelievably happy ❤️💕🤗 The music slaps, the story was so sad and ughhhh the dance mooves. By the way, Garrick is a king. He is always correct!! 🙌👑💕❤️
