On two, actually, the vault wasn't named after her, cause it was downgraded at 2010 Vault EF due to form issues (picking), and that was the only time she "successfully" completed that vault.
@@volodymyrdolia6544 yes, thank you for that correction! When I first made that comment all those years ago, I definitely thought the vault had been named after her, but I’ve learned since then exactly as you’ve stated!
Lol... Everyone is aware of aliya twisting form... Lol, & I'm sure she knows of it, and does it on purpose or whatever... But she's fine with the deductions she gets. Despite that... She is still damn good and I can't take my eyes of her when shes performing (: (: long live the queen!!
Aliya large capacity she knows what she must provide as an effort in the gym and it is very important because a lower loosening in an element can be expensive, even very expensive.
I love this gymnast she has a clean routine but she has a high chance of getting injured again where her twisting let alone the deduction she could save if she worked on her legs, the medal podium between scores is usually only a few tents sometimes less than a tenth so they could be valuable
Very interesting. I wasn't aware that having two gymnasts doing ti would make a difference: I always thought whoever did it first and applied for recognition got it. Wasn't that the case with the laied-out-Podkopayeva?
I really wish people would just stop commenting on her break of form. I would like to see them try to do those passes as good as she did. Some people just need to learn to shut the fuck up.
It's kinda cruel, taking into account that Catalina Ponor does exactly the same thing in her twists but everybody thinks of Mustafina. Both are great gymnasts and both have the same problem with their legs. So I think is unfair
Pavlova never did even double I-turn, let alone triple. For some reason, she never showed any hard spins and even D leaps (for most part of her career). What a waste of her dancing talent.
That's actually not why the FIG didn't name it. It wasn't named because it was already in the CoP, like the quad twist is a G in the CoP, even though no one in WAG ever performed it.
I like Mustafina, but among the russian girls I will take Komova or Grishina's artistry and form over Mustafina's any day. I have an issue with Mustafina's tangling and separation of her legs in the second and fourth passes. She has the same break of form in her legs in the vault. You normally see this break of form in slow motion.
There is a break in form in the second pass but it is not as bad as the break on the fourth pass. I'm surprise judges have not ding her more severely on the break in form. Moreover, I'm surprise her coaches have not tried to correct that problem.
It doesn't matter. If it's not us calling out those mistakes it will be the judges. I like mustafina but her leg form in her twisting elements in horrendous. AND it doesn't matter whether someone can do what she does or not. An opinion is an opinion and you should respect that. I would like to see mustafina succeed on floor but until she fixes her leg form she will receive criticism for her floor exercises.
Don't call her legs hideous! Sure there's a break in form, but she landed it well and that double arabian? PERFECT! Besides have u been watching her world's podium training? She could beat biles!
Do you seriously think that she and her trainers are not working on that? Take a look on her twisting form before she injured herself. She's a professional gymnast competing for Russia, her trainers surely do know that her twisting form is not the best.
Why should I keep my mouth shut? Are you the only person who is allow to have an opinion? If that is the case, the internet is probably not the place you want to be. I never said that her floor routine was not difficult but, whether you like or not, she does have a break in form in some of her passes. Listen to other people's opinion and don't take things so personal. You can learn a few things.
What a beautiful routine. That Triple spin wow effortless. Bravo Aliya
Queen!!!
If Mustafina gets the triple needle spin named after her, then she will have an eponymous skill on 3 events!
kras118 and she did :)

The Queen of hearts ❤👏🏻 👸

It’s because she tored her ACL, she can’t twist normally since that horrible injury
triple needle spin! wooow :)

So beautiful.
she only has a skill named after her on bars. The vault that people think is named after her isn't, it is unnamed in the COP

Those legs can not be forgiven.Helicopter legs
she did have a injury
she had a knee injury in 2011. SHUT UP

Does anyone know the music she used?
Yea I don't know why, lol, I'm pretty sure Anna Pavlova was the first gymnast to do it, but that wasn't at a worlds or Olympics I think.

Nabieva and Mustafina both performed it at 2010 World's for the first time, so the FIG didn't name it.
They were both downgraded on that vault, so it couldn't be named after any of them.

really? who knew! (well you did lol) why is it unnamed? Why did she not got credit for it?

@ caltex0308 should especially keep their mouth shut.
