Maybe. Even then i think roids are better than heroin.
But also, I have a strong feeling you two have no experience. Rather you speak out of jealousy and neivity. Roids are not necessary to make that change in your body. I am currently making the change and am in excellent shape after just a year.
Theres alot to fitness the average person is unaware of.
But to give you a head start one of the big lessons for me was muscle mind connection when exercising, and not simply performing a motion.
I have been doing weightlifting and calisthenics for a year now.
It has been a big learning curve for me. But i workout 2 times a day 4-5 days a week. I COOK extremely healthy and hearty meals every day. And i see the results of dedication and hard work every day when i look at my body.

I've been working out for 4 years on and off and when I feel that I lack determination these transformation videos make me feel stronger and boost my adrenaline and go to the gym! I too struggle with addiction mostly alcohol I've been In jail several times been homeless for months on in only to temporarily change until I do get a home and some positive going then Everytime let alcohol back into my life

Bar brothers for life!! I am not where I want to be yet, but so much closer from where i started. I can do 5 muscle ups in a set now and can actually do a good 20 pull ups before fatigue (22 y/o 6'1 165 lbs). It is my dream to workout with you guys someday! Salute!
