Hello sir, If you say, entcounter is not appropriate. How police and common people can defend against criminals. Criminals killing others and they go to jail and make their plan from inside , do the same again and comming out . How many of those were legally punished or hanged even after they did 5 to 10 crimes. If you are always going against police , even when they do enconter against criminal to protect themselves. how you want to protect common people against those criminals. Have you ever talked about human rights for those people killed by these criminals.
