    Great walking workout, just what I needed on a rainy rest day. It was fun and challenging and a few of the moves felt a bit like dance steps.

    If your heart rate falls in the fat burning zone still after you exercise, will you still burn fat even if you are sitting down and not moving? What if your heartrate is in the fat burning zone without your exercising, will you still burn fat?

    Bob and Brad, my orthopedic dr is telling me walking is the worst exercise you can do for your joints. Can you explain? I have a damaged meniscus.

    I have balance issues when trying to walk in place, So when permitted. Is it OK if I use a back of a chair to steady myself?

    Very fantastic video if you're trying to lose weight or even stay in shape from day to day. Do this every time you eat something. and bit by bit you'll reduce in weight.

    A very nice workout, but during minisquats going side to side, I like to do a little punch, sort of a boxer's stance. Still, this may find its way into my rotation of workouts. thanks!
