You may wonder, what the hell is this? When I started making these supercuts, I was still learning... Everything. The editing, the workflow and same time searching for the overall feeling of the supercut - the rhythm, the flow and the soul of the format in the timeline of the video-editor. While making the second supercut for "Hi Ren", I rewatched the OG supercut again for the first time in 9 or so months because I needed to remind myself whose reaction videos I used before and oh boy, it's a rough one. Both audio and video wise. Atleast on my point of view and and the project file I created is just utter mess. If you have watched my recent supercuts, you may understand what I mean by this. It's not smooth and polished at all. I'm not gonna take down the original cut and I'll leave it on my channel's playlist so you can still enjoy that one if you prefer it. I just wanted to remix, reprocess it or whatever is the proper term for it with the same YT reactors so it's more fitting companion piece for the second supercut I released in the same time with this one. Sorry for being such a George Lucas and thank you for understanding. Second Supercut of TH-camrs reacting to Ren's "Hi Ren": th-cam.com/video/NA6gb7IqWxc/w-d-xo.html
I think "smooth and polished" would be doing a disservice to this raw, edgy, totally unsmooth and unpolished work of effin ART. This supercut and all the reactions is awesome and inspiring and mindblowing - and so is the first one. You nailed them both, and did total justice o all things Ren. ^_^
I’ve watched it on Ren’s channel hundreds of times, along with many hundreds of reaction videos. I cry every time. Every. Damn. Time. I love @renmakesmusic He shines through the darkness of the night we are living through. #Renegade #Ren #MentalHealth #MissingMillions
👍👏This is the BEST supercut I've seen, Great Job! I love that the song was allowed to play through without comments till the end, and their facial expressions was all that was needed to show the effect on each of them.
Awesome balance with the sound in this--I did not have to change the volume. Also, this is beautiful seeing these individual responses to 'Hi Ren'. Lovin' It!
I have watched all of these individually, and having them compiled this way has almost taken me back to experiencing it again for the first time myself. Thank you for this supercut (and even though I didn't see your initial version, super kudos to you for putting in all the work to up your editing skills!)
This edit should be shown to all 13yr olds in school. It would show them that the struggles that are feeling are universal and age related. We are all Human Beings.
I've seen nearly all of these reactions, being a bit of an obsessive Ren fanboy. I'd take issue with the idea that help is there for us all though. True help comes from within. You have to want it. Some of us fall by the wayside. You can take a horse to water....
I enjoyed this a lot. Took me back to the early days of binge watching these reactions, and also introduced me to some I haven't seen For my own convenience, I created a playlist of the original reactions. th-cam.com/play/PL1FH9CQ9Qszz78bnG0_0xNHklFBLYYBTj.html&si=KQp4AVYEQBggalhr

@@karinh4984 Yeah, music is raw but it's still professionally shot with suberb production.
Possibly the most important piece of art produced in my lifetime. Period.
Agreed 💯💯💯🩷🩷🩷

It's the best original performance by an artist in over 10 years. Very rare these days.

Someone make a movie, there's a story there. The name should be Hi Ren.
