They made it feel like an actual fleshed out and complete weapon in Rise and I love it. It always felt incomplete and severely neglected to me and I'm happy they gave it all this cool stuff, especially spinning reaper.

I can never go back to vanilla lance or even GU lance anymore with this rendition of the lance man....

At 1:14 the way your character just happened to jump onto one hand and up to the other arm walking up Goss was so dope! This video has inspired me to try out SnS and many of your videos have inspired me to really try branching out to more weapons. I've always been a hammer guy. 🔨 😂

YES, love for my boi, sns! Beautiful execution, as always. Also, Timin on the windmill in 0:16 is just a chef's kiss. I stay strongly with ninja tree due to a 100% affinity but as I go on scorned magna soon, I think it might be worth going for elemental options as well
Ah, a fellow SnS connoisseur. I see that you discovered the Scaling Slash makes you invincible, as well. While the shield charge is a great silkbind, Falling Shadow is quite amazing as well.

As a Bow/SnS/Hammer main, and yes I do use them equally, more or less. I am so happy with SnS in Rise/Sunbreak. This is the most satisfying so far. The ceiling is the sky with it and I am just getting better and better at it. Though I do want to be able to do meme runs like we did back in MH:FU
As a new player to the series and starting off with SnS because it's beginner friendly, I've honed my skills as a hunter and have became a beast with this weapon

Monster Hunter has never really been a super dynamic game historically. Moreso about playing around stiff animations/timings. Not to say the dynamic Rise stuff is bad by any means ofc

I think somethings I have to adjust to in regards to sword and shield is the armor set, obviously, but also working on spacing. I always feel like I'm whiffing when I'm fighting with SnS

I never thought sns can use silkbind mid perfect rush. I always roll cancel it, if monster about to hit me. This game changer. How did I miss this.

I adapt my set for every matchup but there were a lot of builds based on Guard5 + Embolden from the VIolet Mizu
