For the Skirt:
I used 10 yards of fabric with 53cm width(plus 1~2cm for waistline and 1~2cm for hemline, so total 55~57cm)

Since you used the second skirt and used it to make two layers, did you actually had two skirts of 5 yards each?
Yess I made one long (10y) skirt and cut it in half to make two layers!

@@minaryukr I have just finished the bodice and am about to tackle the sleeves and skirt, very intimidating. Do you by any chance have any info on how to draft the sleeve pattern?
On the last page of the file you can see the guiding dots to create the sleeve pattern. First make all the dots (by width and length) and connect them all smoothly!

I wish to see more on details what you did with the zipper. I don’t want to attached my zipper on the out skirt. I watched basically everyone who did the puff dress on TH-cam, nobody explain the zipper part 😅

The dress is amazing, and the way you explained it is excellent! I read you used 10 yards of organza but how much of the silk?
I think I maybe used 1.5~2 yards? It doesn't have to be that long cos it should cover my bottom while these puffy organza go crazy haha

Thank you ☺️ Daniela! Final measurements of the skirt is about 50cm! Rest of the measurements went to the hemline and waistline!
@@minaryukr hi! I have a question, what dress size are you? And is the pattern pfd the same size?
My bust size is around 88-92cm! For top I would say UK 12 but still can squeeze my body into 10 😂 and yes the pdf is the one I used!
Do you think i could do a lace up/corset back instead of the zipper?
yes! If you cut out maybe 2cm on top and 1cm on waist line each from zipper line(left and right side of the back) then add eyelets to make it as lace up corset looking back.
Hi did u sew together the inside and outside of the bandeau with the right sides facing each other?
Yes! Once I have each bandeau for outside and inside i faced right sides each other and sew them together except armholes and waistline
Hi may I ask the measurements for the skirt please? I’m making this but I’m not sure how many centimeters I need for the width of the skirt
Mine is about 53cm but you can make it shorter depends on your height or preferences!😃
hey mina im doing this and i have a question, Did you use the presser foot to gather?
No I used normal foot! I tried to use the gathering foot but it gathered too much fabric so I just used normal: set on longest stitch&highest tension
