My buddy is a commercial ice cream maker. He agreed to show us what he put in it, but did not agree to show us how much of each ingredient. His recipe is for a 10 qt batch and most ice cream freezers are 4 qt.
I see he mentioned towards the end of the video that he would post a link with info on the freezers and I didn't see that. Definitely need a recipe so we know what quantities of everything we'll need.
I just posted the link along with a book he recommended for different recipes. Please post some pics of your ice cream to my Facebook page when you get it made. Would love to see it.

We just harvested a batch of Rainier cherries from our tree and I think they'd make great ice cream!
