Hard shifting is not related to oil being old in 2 strokes. It could be improper setting of clutch mechanism, clutch cable adjustment etc. I don't change oil for my rx135 until it reaches 10k kilometres.

Bro.... u have used 2T oil in ur Clutch case??? Woowww.... bro please do ur research properly before making a video. ... I'm sure this bike is partially or fully screwed by now. Use 20w40 in ur Clutch case and use 2T in ur side take to lubricate ur piston and ur crank.
The one he put in as gear oil is Yamalube 2 stroke gear oil . Its not a 2T oil . Its gear oil itself . If you were confused about the 2 written on the oil , Its to denote it as a 2 stroke gear oil .

Nothing, but the gears and clutch parts, kicker mechanism etc will wear off quickly.

For 2 stroke, it is not mandatory to change oil every 3000kms. Only for 4 strokes, it is mandatory.
