- A suspect in the case of two missing Kansas women admitted responsibility for their deaths, according to court documents newly obtained by NewsNation. In the motions to hold four defendants without bail, it is stated, in part, that suspect Tifany Adams, 54, “did provide a recorded statement to law enforcement indicating her responsibility for the death of the deceased.”

I think granny tried to say the kids were molested, but it was never proven in court. Veronica was without a place to live and both parents had drug issues. Dad originally had custody, so granny called the police on her son so custody was switched to her during his incarceration or rehab. She knew Veronica was working to get her kids back very soon. So she made sure that wasn’t going to happen. How sad for the children, they would be best kept with mom’s family if they have a fit environment for children. 💙 So sad that Jillian got involved, just as a fill in chaperone to pick the kids up from granny. Now her children have no mother either. 💙

This was so obvious. These 4 can't have much intelligence between them. Why they murdered any of these women is beyond me. The other lady was a supervisor. She was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

It was one of the murdered mom's family members that went looking for them and found the abandoned car. I think the Adam's cult didn't think anyone would find it. Because, if I was told to take weeks off (as a home care nurse) I would have to notify my employer and supervisor. Seems to me that would be like a patient at a hospital telling a nurse to take a vacation.

she can still plead innocent and force taxpayers to pay for a long, drawn out (and expensive) court proceeding. Admitting responsibility isn't pleading guilty.
If she was to plead guilty if the state wants the death penalty there would still need to be a jury seated for the penalty phase. Judges can't impose the death penalty anymore.
Admitting responsibility is not the same as pleading guilty.
Pleading is what determines if there is a trial or not.

Custody will go to the children’s maternal grandmother. The father is on the run and nobody knows where he is at. They are saying he might have left the country already.
I appreciate the integrity of the teenaged daughter in reporting what her parents said. Testifying against her parents when they might get the death penalty is difficult.
The father should get no custody of these children. Ideally, the children would go to someone completely outside these circles. The father should never see them again, and the grandmother should go to her death knowing that her actions have meant that neither she nor their father will ever see them again. I hope that the children will go somewhere that they can get mental and emotional help to recover from the horror of their past.
This is so sad ❤ 2 mothers lost their lives. The story is so unbelievable but there’s crazy people out there in this world. Send prayers to the family of these two mothers.

Whether she confessed to be the one that killed the two women is not the issue. The fact that she was involved in their killing is all that matters. She is a horrible grandmother, mother, well really, a horrible human being. Sometimes, I will look into someone's mental state however, in this situation, it has all to do with Selfishness, Greed, Stubbornness, and Narcissist. I hope they all rot in prison. She will have to live with never seeing her grandkids again and they will grow up to learn their beloved grandmother is a murderer and a evil witch.
