Hello! I have just got the pattern, so excited! I've never made a bag, or worked with vinyl 🤔 I have made a ton of ncws though. Can anyone recommend a UK place to buy vinyl please? I've just ordered some from rainbow of stitches but I NEED MORE!! 🤣
I'm in Love with this bag! I love the size, handles and everything about it! I need one that can hold my planner and it needs to be at least 10" wide. Do you think the main panels and bottom could be extended an inch or so to accommodate the size I need and keep the rest of the measurements the same? I quilt so I'm pretty use to modifying patterns and SA to make things work. But I might make a mock up with scrap fabric to see if it would work... What do you suggest?
Love this version too! I just recently got my DU 1181N. I’m struggling with controlling my speed and the hand wheel is so hard to turn . Is that because it’s new and will move more freely with use. Are both sizes in pattern?
@@LaurenMormino I was not at all familiar with how they operate. Now I have researched more at get it. I have chosen something else unless I can get ahold of a mystery box. I will keep looking. I must say out of all the tutorials on youtube, yours are by far the best. I don't even watch tv anymore I just watch tutorials. More to learn than I realized. But slowly I am graduating from project bags to next will be the NCW's then on to bigger. Thank you for all the help you have given me and for responding to my question.
You don't have to do much fast replay of the camera, you are always in fast speed. LOL Really cute bag, but I'm 66 so it won't be done in that vinyl for me.

Yea! Whatever you add to the main panel make sure to add to the lining panels! But you can definitely widen it that way!

Both sizes in pattern yes! Pressing on the knee lift helps make turning the wheel easier!
