    Had a sit down with one of coworkers having issues with their ex and I set up a seafood feast at Annapolis so she can enjoy herself and not be too heated.
    Today i nearly had a panic attack at the pool. When we hear thunder we have the patrons leave the facility and we have a 30 minute waiting period or else it resets if there's more thunder. We still have to clean the rec and i chose to do it myself so I can listen to the stream. 30 minutes into the stream and the tunderstorm obliterates the power for the rec center and I can see and hear everything turning off. My supervisor came to check up on me cause it was too freaking dark and I started to panic. Seeing that bolt of lightning light up the entire rec, seeing my supervisor pop out of nowhere put me in a full sprint back to the pool screaming.

    I think AZ has a pretty good chance of being blue even without Mark Kelly being VP. our largest counties, Maricopa, Pima and Coconino are all pretty left leaning, and so far I've already heard a lot of hype for Harris. the rest of AZ is deeply conservative and kinda racist but doesn't rly matter cuz the three counties will more than make up for the rest of our state. let's go blarizona!

    • @davidborg2624
      @davidborg2624 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Maricopa is not as blue as we would like though. It needs a lot of pushing to vote blue. Maricopa was the county that voted Arpaio for sheriff twice after all.
      I think we are in a blue upswing, but this election will test that.

    “How can Kamala Harris laugh for the rest of her life when a guy she failed to put in prison sexually assaulted someone in 1993” “How can she smile when the country she is supposedly helping run is quickly becoming a 3rd world nation” lmao it’s so funny to hear them talk about shit like the border like she had anything to do with it before becoming president, as the DA her job was to prosecute or not prosecute cases put before her not to do what some of these other ones are doing in Republican states like trying to change the law and shit to allow voter disenfranchisement or to try and enforce federal law on migrants.

    Idk if Vaush reads these but re: nasal congestion...
    NeilMed Sinugator. It's like a pump that shoots a water/salt/sodium bicarbonate mixture up your nose where goes through your sinuses and out the other nostril.
    Also NeilMed Netipot. It'l like the Sinugator but it just works with gravity. But it does work super well; I got COVID twice and the first time I didn't use it and I was coughing and super congested for like two weeks afterward (had the post-nasal drip, snifflies, etc.). Second time I got COVID I used it daily or even more sometimes and I barely had a cough and was barely congested. My throat didn't hurt as bad either. It also like helps with headaches because it relieves sinus pressure. It's seriously so good. ...but the Sinugator is faster and and gets more congestion because of the pump.
    But that's the benefit over a saline nasal mist/spray. It goes THROUGH your sinuses and pushes out gunk instead of going up there and getting stuck on snot and maybe making some of it looser and easier to blow out.
    Flonase......... you can use for a little bit but on the bottle it says not to use it daily for over 6 months. You can do the other things I mentioned as often as you want afaik because it's just cleaning the sinuses. I mean don't overdue it obviously but it's pretty hard to do that because it's not a super pleasant thing to do.

      Earlier this year I started using an allergy relief nasal spray every night (fluticasone propionate to be specific) and when I tell you that it literally CHANGED MY LIFE. I went from needing several tissues per hour to only a few per DAY. I don't need to make sure I have tissues within reach 24/7! If I forget one night or I'm too lazy to bother, the effects are immediate the next day and I need more tissues again. It's so easy to take and I can't recommend it enough.

    i know that shapiro is the best option because he guarantees pennsylvania, but god he sucks so much. him being part of the ticket would curb my enthusiasm a little bit, ngl. cooper would be okay, but as someone from nc i really don’t wanna be left with our batshit insane lt. gov lol. although it’s worth mentioning that robinson could potentially be so bad it might push voter turnout for dems in november. i know beshear is maybe the riskiest choice, but i think he’s got the sauce. he’s young, he’s vibrant, and could wipe the floor with JD Vance. it’s maybe a longshot just because his competition is shapiro, but the way he’s been boosted by the campaign is giving me some hope.

    • @davidborg2624
      @davidborg2624 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Shapiro or Mark Kelly. I'm leaning towards Kelly because he's a Dem that actually gets Republican votes and he's been way more left leaning then other conservative Dems like Sinema or Manchin.
      But if we really want Penn Shapiro is the smarter pick. But I think we could get an even better senator from AZ if we move Kelly up.
      There's a lot of things to consider here. It would also be funny if Joe Biden is picked as VP lmao

    • @salvadarius4739
      @salvadarius4739 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@davidborg2624 the problem with kelly is that some of the unions, who otherwise stand behind kamala, don’t like him because he didn’t back the pro act. and i feel like you really don’t wanna lose union support in a race that may be pretty tight already. shapiro, like you said, is the good choice for pennsylvania, but idk his history with palestine protesters and the sexual harassment settlement against one of his senior aides puts me off. the latter especially would be rough if you’re trying to say (correctly) that trump is a rapist. so really it does sound like the only legitimate option here is to put joe back on the ticket let’s go

    I too was tested for allergies. And had none. Until I did. It started at the age of 29. Test your self again.
